this is the first washer of this sort for us (we're older) without an agitator and I was a little skeptical. this machine exceeds all expectations with ease of use, size of load capacity, and end result clean clothes..good to be in the 21st century again!

I spend about a month checking and looking for a good washing machine, reading the comments of other buyers and comparing the brands and functions of the different washing machines and when I found this Samsung - Model: WA50R5400AW / US and when I read and checked all the reviews I decided to go for it. Me and my wife went to Best buy and we checked the machine, we liked it so this purchase couldn't be better. My wife is impressed with how this machine performs it work, all cycles are amazing and NO NOISE. My wife and I recommend this Samsung Washing Machine.

We purchased this top load washer last month after my 14 years old and multiple parts replacement front loader decided that it is really time for retirement. We pick this one up because of its price and excellent only reviews. It was delivered in 2 days and was already in action after less than an hour of delivery. Loading laundry was easy, even my teenagers were impressed as this is their first top load experience. We love the capacity and the multi wash option as well as the low noise it generate when washing. With its multi setting capability, the large capacity and ease of use plus the reasonable price, this machine for us is perfect. Will recommend it to my friends and family who are looking for a reasonably priced but excellent washer.

We're still learning the in's and out's of this new machine. We're surprised by how little water it uses. We're trying to find a way to add more water to loads. However, I must say it is doing an excellent job of cleaning the clothes and is unbelievably quiet. The only downside to the machine is that it spins the loads so fast that they become very wrinkled and entwined with each other. Other than that, after about a month, we have no complaints

This washer has been amazing! This was my first ever washer that I purchased after years of public laundry facilities or ones provided by apartments I leased. This washer doesn't disappoint. The drum is HUGE. Several washing cycles are there for different types of cleans. The washer is quiet and cleans very well. It can handle big items. It easily washed my king sized blankets. Install is very easy. Must have. Oh and the jingle at the beginning and end of wash cycles is straight up gold!

I love the capacity of the machine, however, heavier items such as heavy bath towels or jeans can throw the machine off balance (fixable by re-arranging clothes). Over all it has been a great machine! I was told Samsung was not a good brand, but I beg to differ, it's great! It's extremely quiet and it has so many options.

This washer does have long cycles but it is so quiet I don't even know it's running. My other washer was very noisy and hard on my clothes even though it was a fairly new washer. I decided to buy this washer because the reviews stated it was a quiet running washer (very true) but it is also less hard on my clothes. The settings are easy to understand and it will take a lot of bulk. The tub is very large, my quilt does not even take up the whole drum. So far, a very good buy at a good price.

We really like this wash machine by LG. It is big enough to wash blankets, bed spreads, etc. There is no central tube to block things or get items wrapped around. Very quiet ! Nice. Simple to use, yet sophisticated enough to do anything. It is “energy efficient.” Clothes & towels come out very clean. Best Buy delivered and set up for free, but of course there was a charge for removal. BB deliverers did a nice clean job with everything ! Thanks BB !

I bought a Samsung Washing machine which i am very happy with. It is quiet and gets my clothes really clean. I love having no agitator. My other wash machine had the agitator which you could not put as many clothes in and you had make sure it was evenly distributed.

This machine is wonderful. The technology is something I have to get used to; however, it is not as technically advanced as other machines. I wanted something modern yet traditional. This machine is in between with a little modern technology but not too much for old schools like me. The machine is quiet, large (I really can fit a comforter in it without stuffing/forcing it), slow (It can take over an hour to wash a load, depending on load size), and efficient.

I really like my Samsung washer. Easy to use, I wasn’t sure about not having an agitator how clean the clothes get,,came out just as clean as having agitator. The only problem I noticed is the more times you set the clothes to spin , they seem to get tangled around each other , but other then that I love it

It does its job and it does it well. I didn't realize that it had up to 5 rinse cycles, which by the way will make the wash over 2 hours. I'm sure there is a time and reason why you would need to rinse a load up to 5 times, but I have never have found a reason why yet. We have noticed that if you use the "fabric softner" option that the time it takes to complete a load increases drastically which has detered us from using fabric softners. Otherwise the load size, quality of wash and overall performance is great.

My husband and I absolutely love this washer! We have never owned a washer without an agitator. We both feel our new Samsung washer is cleaning our clothes better than any other washing machine we havr owned. The tub is very large so we can double our loads! Thank you Samsung for making doing laundry so easy!

Wow!! We had an old front loader from the previous owner of our new house. It was 3.1 cu/ft. When we got this washer, it felt like we doubled the amt. of clothes we could wash in one cycle. This thing is huge!! (that's what she said). Washes clothes beautifully and fairly quiet. We prefer top loaders because they do the same job, for less cost and no worries about the gross mold that can happen with front loaders. The glass top can come in handy at time just to check on it or see what's in there if someone else started a load. Washes clothes like a champ. The spin cycle gets the clothes pretty darn dry too so the matching dryer we have doesn't have to work as hard. Couldn't be happier.

Love it, energy efficient, quiet when in use. I can load this washer up and everything comes out clean. There are many features, small, large and extra large loads. Several water temperatures, and rinse cycles. I thought because there was no agitator the clothing would not come out clean at least that’s what family members were telling me, not true, I like everything about this washer.

We love our new washer. I wanted to wait to review until I’ve used it for over a month. First time owning a Samsung. We are pleasantly surprised on how quiet it is. The capacity of the washer was a huge selling point for us and it didn’t disappoint. I was able to fit two queen size comforters in same wash with no trouble. Very easy to use and love all the selections of washes it can do. Now I just need the matching dryer. Next time though.

Overall, this is a good washing machine. It holds a lot and gets everything clean. The only gripe I have is that when you wash a large amount of towels or bed stuff, you need move the laundry around and put it through another spin cycle.
