I'm loving this so far. I had bought this during a holiday sale and best buy had it delivered and hooked up free of charge. It does a great job washing my clothes, is near silent and even handled a full 2 weeks worth of my dickies work jeans in one load. Will buy the matching dryer next! Quick note, we did feel we needed to add more water (which u can do) on a very light load we washed (thin window curtains) but very light loads seems to be the only time that happens.

So, I honestly thought I was getting an analog machine (because of the large dial). Nope, even the dial is digital. I guess that has worked out okay. We got the set and think we are happy with the washer and dryer. We are having to get used to the tech, though. Our previous machines were 30+ years old- needless to say we were behind on current tech. We think these are doing well, and they seem to be efficient. Overall I am very happy with them. On the washer, you can't set the water level- it senses what is needed. This has surprised us- it is less water than I would put in if I was selecting. On the dryer, I've liked using the sensor/auto dry over the time dry. But, often the items are still a bit wet- even on the most dry setting. The washer doesn't seem to drain trash, grass/dust/hair/etc. that might be on the clothes. It builds up and I can see it on the dark items. That comes off in the dryer if it is items I dry. The washer tells you to run a self clean cycle every so often. The trash is actually worse after that- like it knocks it out of the hiding places but still doesn't drain. (It isn't enough that I can see it and reach in to clean it out, no clumps. Just fine trash that will get left on the clothes. IDK Still, I'm kind of working my way around these issues and I'm happy with the units. My old clunkers were just beast that really worked well. They don't make 'em like they used to- that's a pro AND a con! The alert on both is a long musical tone. It is either on or off. You can't select a less annoying tune.

This washer is huge. Its so quiet sometimes were not sure its running lol. Our old Maytag finally but the dust and we got this Samsung to replace it. Delivery went off without a hitch and they even took away the old appliance. Maybe we’ll get the dryer next!

Just love this unit, the tub is huge!. Fits all our King size Comforters, now we know why our 3.8 struggled. This unit doesn't need much detergent either. Easy to operate even if your over 70yrs old. I have been on a washing spree since it has been installed, pillows dog beds, It is a jumbo workhorse. Every body needs one this size. Even though there is only two of us. It is so quiet too. Highly suggest to everyone.

We have been using this several times a week (we have 3 kids and a LOT of LAUNDRY) and it has not miss a beat! Some Saturdays or Sundays it is literally running all day. The settings are easy to use and the tray to dump the detergent in is easy to access. We have not used any advanced features - just your basic cleaning. We have been able to fit large loads into it with multiple towels and it has handled everything we threw at it.

It is so nice to have a machine that actually finishes in the time listed on display. It is also great to have a machine that has a separate spin cycle selection (my comforters always needed that). This thing is a beast and runs fairly quietly. It does a lot of laundry in a short period of time and cleans quite well. We are a family with teens, so I don't how it does with stains typical of younger kids, but the water jet is a nice addition for spot stain cleaning. I bought this to replace my old front loader that thankfully died. I only wish that I had bought the companion dryer. Do note that the machine is deep. I am short (just 4'10") and I am able to reach the bottom of the machine with larger items. For smaller items, I use an old rubber step stool that I had for the kids and have no problems getting things out. My only complaint is that when it empties the water it is loud, but that is an installation issue with the return hose (Installers did not look at the diagram apparently and it is zip tied so I cannot fix it until I get another tie). This is seriously my only complaint.

Turned out to be a pretty good purchase. Hand over fist better then or old front load and doesn't leak all over it laundry room. It's a little confusing figuring out how it works at first, but the directions are helpful and definitely a must read. It has an app that will alert you of problems, but it violates way to much privacy, a washing machine shouldn't need access to your contacts, messaging and photos. Which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Over all I'm happy, it actually hold larger loads then our old front loader so that is definitely a plus. I have washed perfectly, a queen size comforter and sheets with no problem. One thing you need to know because it confused us, the machine actually weighs the load and adds the appropriate amount of water, it does not fill like the old to loads. Another plus, it saves water!

Great washer, it has a large capacity it's easy to operate clothes are definitely cleaner than with my old washer, it is a little bit tall which makes it a little uncomfortable removing clothes.

Great machine, large capacity. First one without out an agitator, seems to clean the clothes just as well and stuff does not get wound up and stuck like it did sometimes with an agitator. Lots of choice of settings, for different types of clothing. Instead of buzzing when done it plays a tune. Best buy delivered and set it up were very courteous and helpful.

I love the space and the ability for this washer to wash a variety of different material. It self cleans after 10 cycles but it doesn’t always do a great job. Whenever I put black clothes the washer leaves markings or residue. Other than those things, the washer washes blankets and bulky items with ease and I would buy a Samsung Dryer in the future.

It’s very quiet n holds a lot in bin. Easy to use n cleans the cloths very well.

I love the capacity and the type of agitator it cleans the clothes very well. The only thing I don’t like is the amount of time it takes.

After replacing our LG front loader with the Samsung top loader, best decision we made! Large capacity, super quiet and does a great job cleaning. The price was reasonable, the guys installed the unit and explained everything. Very happy!

Efficient, quiet, huge, easy to use, love it! Delivered professionally and safely.

We recently purchased a Samsung Top Load washer and we like it for many reasons. 1. It's a very quiet machine, 2. with its large size we can wash bedding to include comforters which cut down on sending items to the cleaners. 3. It does a great job of washing our clothes and actually does it more efficiently reducing our water and electric bill.

It was a little tricky at first to figure all the different options but once we did it's been working very nice. It's nice in quiet and very spacious. Overall a good buy!

Our Maytag Neptune front loader died, so we needed a replacement. Needed something with a bigger tub to suit our family of 5. Opted for this Samsung based on specs and user reviews. Machine has exceeded my expectations. Huge deep tub, but easy to reach the bottom (I'm 5'3"). The machine is pretty quiet. We have 1st floor laundry, my son's bedroom is in the basement, and noise from the machine is never an issue. Clothes come out super clean, and there are plenty of cycles to meet our laundry needs. Very happy with my purchase!

First, this Samsung like all new HE washing machines has no agitator. No agitator means the cycles are extremely long to get anything clean-a lesson learned the hard way by manufacturers. Ironic that even with long cycles and are classified energy savers because their water usage is very low. This washing machine looks better than most SUV's. We chose Samsung over the LG because the switches were much more responsive. The attributes are large 5.0 cubic foot capacity, quiet, intuitive controls, and a see-through top. My wife hates the blinking display and goofy dispensers. It seems all brands have similar issues.

I specifically bought this size washer to wash dog blankets and comforters. After two weeks of trying to wash 10 small loads of blankets and comforters with the washer being off balance every time- going on for 2 hours trying to rebalance itself, I was ready to call Best Buy and tell them to come pick it. up. I did some research and the lack of water on larger items sometimes can cause this. I began using the deep fill option which adds more water and I have not had one problem with the washer being off balance since. Washing regular clothes I had no issue of it being off balance and did not need to use the deep fill option. I'm very glad I kept the washer - I now love my Samsung washer!
