So far I love this washer, it is easy to use, I love the fill feature and also the size is incredible. I bought it in white because finger stains are barely even noticeable and it was $50 cheaper than other color options.

The washer, installation, and everything is/was perfect. I love how easy and quiet the washer is. The lid doesn't slam down, it eases itself closed. The gentlemen that installed it did an outstanding job as well.

Best thing since sliced bread. Works far better than what i thought i was getting. Im so upset that i didnt get these sooner. the washer is so quite that i forget that its washing most of the time. Best washer ever!!!!

This was our first big purchase after getting a home with its matching dryer. I love the capacity it has. I can wash my whole bedding in one giant load if I ever wanted to. Does a great job washing and rinsing without leaving residue.

Switch from a front load to a top load and loving every minute. Easy to use and can do a lot more laundry per load. Finally rid of that musty smell that front load washers are know for.

My new washer & dryer does the job perfectly!! It’s look is so modern & sleek. The laundry looks so much better. I’m tempted to decorate it. It’s very quiet & I love the little tune that plays when it’s done! I doing laundry now!! LoL!!

Another solid Samsung appliance. It weighs your clothes and sets its own settings which is pretty high tech. I just realized soon everything we own will be Samsung. You can pay a bit more to get the ones that connect to an app but this one will do. We haven’t gotten to the Wall-E hover chair point in our society yet. Large load capacity, a bunch of options most of which we might never use but good to have just in case. Feels good to upgrade from our previous (very old, loud, violent, and unstable) washer. Upgraded to a Samsung dryer also which is nice. Ps The washer has a transparent lid which is cool.

I love this top loader! It's so easy to use. Thought at first something was wrong because it used such little water. My clothes didn't seem to be covered by the water, but it washed my clothes very clean and did agitate the clothes thoroughly.

great machine and is simple to use but people who needs time to new tech need to take it easy to understand and will be simple if read instructions and go with the flow with the machine. For now is working awesome and is really nice color.

Fits a lot, easy to use, plays me a song when I turn it on. The only thing I might change is the detergent drawer needs to slide out just a tad more. But overall, it is great. Even fits my bulky winter comforter!

We love this washer dryer set. They include many options for washing/drying. They are quiet and the dryer is very efficient, drying clothes more quickly than our previous dryers. I do recommend these appliances.

Took some time to figure out each of the different settings but definitely an awesome washer. Very quiet and cleans the clothes great. Very large capacity which is great so we dont have to take king size comforters to a laundromat.

Have had this for about a month. Super quiet, runs like a champ. My wife and I love the pleasant musical melody that plays when the cycle is complete, it's much better than the old buzzer we had. (though we wonder what song it is.. maybe the Korean National Anthem?)... For some extra money you could buy a model or two upgrade that connects to WiFi so you can monitor the washer as it's running and completes a cycle. This model does not do that and for the way we use it, we decided not to fork over the extra $$ for the upgrade. Someday the cost of the electronics will drop and you'll be able to get that feature in a model like this. Until then, you'll have to keep your ears peeled for the smooth melody of tiny chirps that let you know your garments are squeaky clean.

This is by far the best washer I have ever used. I am highly impressed by the drum capacity!! I was skeptical at first of there being no agitator in it, well no tall stick like agitator at least, but the washer did better than I expected. It has far exceeds my expectations for how well it cleans, it's capacity, quiet, and sleek. What used to take me like 3 loads to wash only takes 1 now, it amazes me, I mean it's saving a ton of water and power while cleaning better than my old washer. I would recommend this washer to everyone. I almost forgot to mention, it has this awesome spot cleaning option for while you're loading!! It saves me time and really helps me to treat stains.

This washer is large on the inside and can literally do two loads of clothes at one. It cuts down my washing time and the touchscreen buttons make it easy to set up the washing settings before starting the process.

Scrue front load washing machines. These new top loads are quiet, can wash a small truckload of laundry and don’t start to stink after a month or two. Never going back.

it works great just an fyi this washer doesn’t fill up to the top with water the amount of water you get is extremely low but I believe that’s all washers now. The way u get more water if there is a button on washer called “deep fill” and once u put your setting you click on that. Also u can use the bedding feature. Also I love that you can wash big blankets!! I used to have to go to laundry mat to wash bigger blankets but this washer washes great! Also make sure to use the self clean feature after every 20 washes. I used it once out of curiosity to see how it worked (I used it with empty washer) and the water cane out black! Apparently it cleans the drum internally and cleans any bacteria and mold that is inside that’s why it uses hot water !

With a shortage of matching washer/dryer combinations and a recent move that had us without a washer/dryer for over two weeks, Best Buy came to the rescue after purchasing a set from Lowes and them losing them. When we finally gave up on Lowes finding the missing washer and dryer, we turned to Best Buy, They worked with us to not only secure an in stock set in the color we wanted, but got it on one of our other deliveries for the very next day. The washer and dryer itself, while top load are fantastic. Quiet, large and able to handle comforters and other large loads easily, never a mildew smell or need to keep the door open. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you Best Buy!

We purchased the Samsung 5.0 cubic foot 12 cycle top loading washing machine as a gift for a relative. Their opinion after several uses is extremely positive. It is everything that was advertised. Easy to use and quiet.
