I got an incredible discount. With that said, if it was anywhere near the original cost, I'd be disappointed. It an average soundbar, but not worth the price. I happy with it since I got a great price.

However its now been 7 months since i bought it, and the top left firing speaker went out. I have bestbuy protection plan on it for another year but not sure if they will cover the repair/replacement.

They were sure good considering Both were less than $100. I must say that this system blows the other sound bars out of the water. Between a good base and fantastic sound it, it sounds like I'm truly in the movie theaters ave with the way things have gone these past couple of years because of the pandemic, it's a feeling that was truly missed. Well worth the price if you can afford it. Tiny nitpick, it seems that Samsung has streamlined their products. So the tv remote and the remote for the sound bar look identical. I have, on more than one occasion, mixed up the two. Aside from that perfect buy.

The HW-Q800B replaced my expansive JBL 9.1 Sound-Bar. You have to get the optional rear speakers, it made a world of difference in my living room sound setup. I will give the JBL 9.1 Sound-bar one START * I will give the HW-Q800B Sound-bar five STARTS *****
