Works great, I have had zero problems with this washer

So far so good. Was hesitant about going back to a washer with an agitator, but so far this washer has been great! Cleans clothes well and it’s pretty quiet. The only thing i don’t like is the long wash cycles. Even a quick wash is about 35 minutes. But I’m getting used to it. Overall, we’re happy with it.

Hi it’s works good. I’m very excited. I had an awesome Maytag and for some reason it stopped at the spin cycle so I had to get a new washer. This choice was the best choice roomy washer easy to use. Deep load. Also was on sale.

We like that Samsung added the agitator. it gets clothes super clean. Tons of different cycles for very clothing type. Large drum handles even or large blankets. Second Samsung Washer purchase! Will keep buying over and over.

We recommend this washer, our entire family uses it w/ease. Has great capacity and is capable of easily and quietly washing heavy items such as blankets and towels. Very pleased w/this purchase!

Good product for a fair price. The leveling mount could be longer by about an 1” or 1 1/2”. Choice of options could be simplified. I can figure it out but I could see how anyone who isn’t somewhat technologically savvy could have trouble and get frustrated.

This is awesome and really washes your clothes and the color is awesome plus the wife is happy thanks best but and recommend the total tech they come in and install everything

Quiet, efficient and cleans clothes very well even on "quick wash" setting. Wi-Fi connectivity and job complete alerts are a bonus. Also got a discount for being a TotalTech member so it was a great value.

Love it so far. Happy I got the one with the agitator. Clothes come out clean. Love the active jet so I can get items wet and scrub before starting the wash. I often use the deep fill setting to add more water to the tub. It’s very quiet compared to the old school washer I previously had. Capacity is huge. Washed queen comforter with no problem. Only received an unbalanced error one time since I’ve had it. I’m 5’3 and can reach the bottom fine. I may have to slightly lean in with one leg kicked out to grab smaller baby items stuck at the bottom towards the back of the tub. Beautiful black color finish!

Love this washer, very large capacity, easy to understand the controls. the one negative that I have is the soap and fabric softener dispense area is a little difficult to get to it doesn't come out far enough.
