I’m really impressed so far. The capacity is huge — I can wash big loads, comforters, and all my towels at once without it feeling overloaded. The “Super Speed Wash” is actually fast, and my clothes still come out clean and fresh.

I just left an amazing review for the dryer but it works so well because this washer is equally amazing. It’s huge so I can do blankets and quilts and the spin cycle is great so the clothes come out almost dry. These both are way better than the Electrolux I paid more than double for. Seriously!

There is definitely a learning curve with this washer, but so far I am happy with it. Large enough for a king comforter. Wash times are longer than for my previous washer with an agitator. Love the variety of settings and alerts to my phone.

The purchase process was simple and i was able to use some if my cash rewards towards the purchase. The employee that helped me check out in store was very patient as i customized mt pickup options as well as payment. The washer is a giid size and i am able to easily wash my king size comforter in it. I also got a warranty through best buy so that if anything happens with the washer someone will come out to fix it for me.

Plenty of options to save water targeting specific wash cycles. When the cycle completes you know it, the end cycle chime is loud. Great tub size, one drawback is the detergent compartment is tucked back into the machine a little so its a little difficult to get the detergent in it. Overall a great washer.

This washer works great. We like it, some cycles seem to take a long time but overall it's great. It does ask to be cleaned all the time, but that's fine.

This is an amazing washer...actually I had the older model and loved it so much when I needed a new washer, I got the same washer only newer! a clear 10 appliance!

Bought the 5.2 capacity Samsung Washer and the matching Dryer for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves them! She is very particular about the household laundry and Samsung did not disappoint! These machines cut her laundry time in half! Used Best Buy’s delivery service and they took the old washer and dryer. The delivery team was awesome they were very professional and took the time to clean up and run the test cycles! Excellent Customer service from the salespeople to the delivery team!

Absolutely love this washer. Far more efficient than our previous washer and the internet connectivity is super convenient. Definitely happy with this purchase!

So far so good. I just received the machine last week and it’s been working really well. It’s quieter than the previous one I had and definitely handles a larger amount of clothing/bedding.

It’s a very nice machine and very roomy. Controls are fairly simple. Connecting with the app was a little difficult. The washer cleans great, is a perfect depth to be able to reach in to the bottom and I like the app notifications when the load is done.

I’m a single parent with two kids and this washer does everything I need to. I can wash blankets, I can wash delicate items, stuffed animals without damaging them. Our family has one laundry day per week, and we are able to get it all done in a few loads together. There is a model just above this one that’s perfect if you have pets, but I don’t so this one was great. I looked at the cheaper models below this one, but I like the downloadable feature. I use it to wash the wool clothing.
