Love it; noise free and I enjoy using the top sink

Love this washer, lots of settings options, the top washer is great for pre treating stains or I use it to rinse out bathing suits. The only thing that is kind of a nuissance is I have to get on my tippy toes and really reach to get my clothes out (I'm 5'4"). Its not a big deal for me personally though.

This washer gets the job done. It's a little noisy and bulkier loads do create an error message in the spin cycle but it does finish

This washing machine is great. It spins the clothes really dry so that you don't have to spend a long time or a lot of energy to dry them. Quite big. Very nice. I bought it for my son/daughter in law and they have 4 children so it gets a lot of use!

This machine is great. It's a back up I got it while my LG washer in which I was waiting for parts. Love it but I put back as a back up once I the part for my LG. It's standing by in case the LG goes bad again. I won't give it or sale it. It mind to keep..

I went back and forth between this and the LG and I’m glad I decided on this unit. It has plenty of room for king size bedding and does a great job washing clothes. Would get 5 stars if it lasts. Don’t use the built in sink much but it’s a nice feature. Had this about 3 months and love it.

The top lid is slanted toward the front of the machine and items placed on top tend to roll off. Slightly longer wash times for the same cycle as the older Samsung washer. Overall, a good solid washer at this early stage of ownership.

We really enjoy this washer. It's very large and deep so it can hold lots and lots of clothes, comforters, blankets, etc. It only fills up to what it needs to wash what you have loaded so no wasting of water. It plays some soft tunes when cycle ends. Only complaint is cannot get it to ever stay level.

This is my very first washer I’ve purchased after always having one at whatever place I was renting at. This definitely has se major upgrades but can almost say has TOO many features. The sensors are always going off and pausing the wash.

It is beautiful and has lots of different wash combinations to select. That being said it looks big but does not handle weight as well as I hoped it would. Its a 7 towels or 1 queen comforter nothing more or its off.

Looked threw a lot of options and for the price this has worked out great so far. Have used half of the options and no complains. Clothes are clean and fresher than the front load. Also it washes king size bedding with easy on the bedding options. Still waiting on drier to arrive

Hard to keep clean and won’t drain particles. Had to return and replace with a LG.

I like the washer, needs a reset button. You have to turn it off and back on to reset. I’m short 5’3 so sometimes it’s hard to get the things off of the bottom of the barrel.....I never use the soaking tub on top.

I’m still getting used to the washer after having a front load for over 20 years! The tub is large which I like because you can fit comforters and large loads easily. The presoak tub is awesome. It’s easy to use and all digital settings are preset. Love it.

The washer does a good job cleaning clothes. There are twelve predefined cycles of which we actually use one. Unless you use the "Deep Wash" cycle, the laundry barely gets wet during the wash OR rinse. The biggest issue is the time required to do a simple load of clothes! The digital timer says 1 hour 16 minutes but in actuality, it take closer to two hours to a simple load of laundry. If the washer decides the load isn't evenly distributed after washing, it tacks on another 20 minute rinse to the already lengthy cycle. Still, if you have the time it will eventually do a good job cleaning the clothes.

This is a good washer but I had to return it as I forgot to allow for additional height. When moving from front loader to top loader, you have to measure to make sure you have enough room to move the washer.
