we've own Samsung washer prior to this one, so far I noticed during rinsing cycle, this washer did not produced much noises in comparation with previous washer. We have not had an opportunity to use the steaming part.

It took me a while to get use to these new eco friendly washer and drier. They take a long time to complete on the eco friendly mode Although it does have a super speed mode. One thing I don’t like: Unbalanced error come on when a load is too heavy

Not designed for shorter individuals, I am 5’3’’ and can’t reach the bottom of the drum. Top of machine doesn’t stay up so when I am reaching in it falls on me. It cleans well but poor design.

I admit the reviews were mixed, however, i found no issues with thre washer. Any soiled clothes can be prewashed and regular wash is a cinch with very little water actually used. Love the energy savings setting, oh and the song it plays when its done

I had to buy a new washer as my Samsung I bought about 2 years ago was recalled. Now I don't have matching washer dryers. Doesn't really bother me, but I would have liked to have been able to buy a new one, since I had to, that matched the old one.

Nice looking wash machine, however, the lid does not stay up by itself. So when you lean in to remove clothing, the lid falls on your head. So i returned it!!

I thought having the wash basin in the lid would come in hand but it been more of a pain since 90 percent of the time it falls on your head when you getting clothes out of it

Not only looks sleek but cleans amazing! So quiet you would hardly know it is running. Compared to the stainless appliances I have had in the past this really is fingerprint resistant and so much easier to clean on the outside!

I can now do my wash in 2 hrs instead of 4 to 5. Can wash big items without the machine walking all over the kitchen.

Love how big it is and how it has separate area to wash by hand. Works perfectly 12-cycles definitely make it great helps significantly with doing all types of different laundries .

Love this washer/dryer set. We had the same ones previously and they worked wonderfully for over 2 years no issues.

I normally dont write reviews. I have had similar model of this for 3 years and it has mold issues every wash. We can hear drum floating in water as it's not draining after wash. Pictures show clear mold coming out every wash. I think it's a bad design samsung has not changed since this model came out. Detergent tray has mold too. I will not buy samsung brand washer or dryer again.

I am very happy with my product. I will never buy a large Appliance from Best Buy again though. The purchase and delivery was a nightmare and a lot more trouble than it was worth.

My only complaint with this machine is watch the top, as you are diving into the tub to get your close the top is a little loose hinged and it will bang you up if u knock it while getting the clothes out

The washer finish is really nice. The wash tray for prewash is really handy. The fit and finish is really on point. I think this is a solid value when compared against LG and Whirlpool. Very nice

Love love my washer dryer love to the built in tub since I have first floor laundry didn't have wash tub so this option was extremely convenient

Love love love the color but often stops when doing big bedding loads. My other Samsung does the same thing. Not sure if it’s a Samsung thing.... other then that it’s a great washer and very tech savvy

Great product-lots of space in tub so can wash more items at a time meaning less water usage- love the options available for types of clothing need to wash and can change settings for temperature or spin if desire

Bought for my rental and my tenant was so happy on how well it worked and looks. Good value. I have owned for a while now and had no service issues with it or complaints.

We have been using the laundry machine (washing machine) a few times now and it has worked fine. We are still getting used to the settings, but all is going good. At this point it has been a good purchase for us.
