Worked for less than a month

Paid for installation and they just dropped off the machine without installing it. Less than a month later, the washing machine started to malfunction. Geek squad came out multiple times and determined they could not fix it. That was all the support they provided. Now I have to fix the issue with samsung myself. It has been 3 months since purchase and still can wash my clothes. Horrible experience with this washer and geeks squad warranty.

Washer constantly is triggered and turns off due to unbalanced loads that aren't even that big quantity wise. This results in several hours of opening lid and readjusting loads. Terrible. Dryer doesn't get things dry consistently. We thought this would be a quality product but are very disappointed. Had an LG set before and they were great. Going back to that brand. On a side note...the default chime when a load is done is seriously almost a minute long. Why would anyone want this setting...something that makes noise for that long. Dumb idea in my opinion.
