Wish I would have done more research on Samsung appliances before I purchased. It’s impossible to get an independent repair service to actually fix them. My unit still works but I found out they are not the best units!

What sold me was the design and new tub wash feature

We like theWash overall, with a few exception like I want to be able to see the clothes during the wash, but with the prewar basket attached it will not allow you to see in the washer. I would also like to be able to custome use my cycles better

My washer was installed to close to the drawers and you can't open totally the door,it needs to be hold while loading the clothes.still waiting for the geek squad to fix and like the fridge its been a week now and they haven't been here.

Immediately upon using this machine we noticed that the clothes were exceptionally damp after the spin cycle, so we added an additional spin to no avail! Multiple washes gave us the same results, so we immediately called Best Buy, and after sending a Tech. to check the problem, they found that it needed to be replaced, which Best Buy gladly worked with us, and we replaced it with an LG washer instead. The store was FANTASTIC in their response as well as their help in resolving our problem. Thank You

I was loving it until the sensor failed with code 8c. I only own the washer for 45 days. Now I have to wait a week before they can come out and replace it.

Samsung washer not one wanted but had to do because of space needed to go in. Need to have it adjusted for when spins, it vibrates. Last one had only lasted 6 years and often vibrated. Also the black basket in washer attached to top makes the top fall on hands when putting in clothes or soap and have bruised hands. I need it removed. So far talking to home advisor who is very nice , but not getting help I need yet. I need someone to come out and help. Unable to remove basket myself and not understanding why vibrating.

The first couple months this washer was amazing. Quiet, cleaned well. No issues. About month 2 We would have a small load of normal clothes in it and it would constantly say off balance. We do not wash overly large loads, the biggest thing we wash is our comforter. Its started to shake when spinning, make more noise and "vibrate" it seems like a barring is off? Im not sure but its horrible. We bought the matching dryer which is now having issues as well. We had out old machines for YEARS, they held up amazing and the only reason we got rid of them is because we moved into a new home and wanted something that matched better color wise. What a mistake! These machines are GARBAGE. Ill be writing a review on the dryer as well in hopes of warning other people.

I bought this washer and on the very first load it got stuck on spin, didn’t drain water at all and I had to re order another, that one came in got installed and worked great.

Beautiful washer,but returned it because of the top wash kept getting in my way, not like it.although, It did wash clothing well.

Tub is way to deep. Can’t reach clothes on bottom without stool, or reaching tool. I’m average height. Wash cycles are too long. Too sensitive to off balance.
