After 3 months of no action it was determined that there was no authorized repairman in the area. After another month and a half it was replaced. Nobody seemed to care about the hundreds of dollars I spent at the laundromat while waiting for a solution. Lack of communication was infuriating.

Wife has to hold pressure against it to keep it working. Were in our late 50s and only do laundry once a week avg so its not overused. Very disappointing spent 700 on this

It does do the pancake thing with larger blankets. I ordered the machine and picked it up a week later. I could not wait the month for delivery. When I unboxed it, it was dented. If I wanted a dented machine I would have just bought an open box.

I'm disappointed in my purchase. Everything I have is Samsung (oven, dishwasher, washer, drier, refrigerator, tv) the only thing I'm happy with is my tv. As far as household appliances, stay away from Samsung
