Some have completely dry spots. Have to wash on deep clean to fill tub up with enough water to make sure all clothes are washed.

Terrible machine

The geeks squad installed the machine and put it in a self clean setting and left to do more deliveries. Just 20 minutes after they left the machine dumped an entire drum of water all over my floor causing thousands of dollars in damages! Would never recommend this machine to anyone!!

Not good at cleaning

Items inside just seem to swish around lightly. Does not remove pet hair, sand (it just spreads it around to ither items i. The washer) or goodness forbid you do yardwork and have dirt on your clothes... plan on washing at least twice. Very, very disappointed in my choice. Had tech come to make sure nothing was wrong... simple machine for very simple duty.

The lid would not stay up and every time you would lean down to get the wet clothes out it would hit you in the head. The lid also has an angel, so you are not able to set items flat. We returned this item immediately. It was a pain!
