Very loud. The outer sheet metal was resonating, causing excessive noise. Best Buy was good with exchanging this unit for the 4.5 cu ft Samsung, which turned out to be significantly quieter for us.

Just had to order a NEW washer, because this NEW washer won't complete a cycle. Very disappointed with this purchase to say the least.

i had very difficult time getting a new washer. i had to order from home depot instead.customer service took hours on hold

Crapped out right after the warranty, Best Buy doesn’t have Repair Agents even though I have Total Tech Support.

Product has a very large dent on front corner and they will not replace the panel.

Does a great job at cleaning the clothes. Capacity is super and I love the rinse tray

This was the first big appliance purchase I have ever made and I am 100% satisfied. I purchased both washer and drier in on sale and am very impressed. I had read a lot of comments and was a little concerned about the wash tube addition and the deep drum. Let me first wipe away your fears and tell you I am 5' 6" and I do not find the depth of the drum that bad. I may have to get on my tiptoes for that last sock but honestly, it is worth it! I love the space and how many dirty things I can wash at once!!!!! It is such wonderful feeling to be able to wash so many things!!! Oh to be an adult. The wash tub. I have used it a few times since I got my washer. It is something to get used to because you are not used to reaching into your washer and having to watch where your head goes. Honestly, it is not that bad. I like the wash tub feature because I am able to rinse out my fabric softner cup. I highly suggest this washer. It is amazing in every way! I just still can't get over the fact I can wash so many things in there at once. My old washer could not even wash a King comforter. Seriously upgrade your washer to this one. You do not even have to select a load size anymore! How great is that? It senses how much wash is in there and how much water is needed to wash those items.

I love my wash. You never had a problem with it. Had it since 2019 it is 2024. I love the color everything about it. Never had any problem.

I love this washer! I love the amount of clothes you can wash in it, and I love the wash tub for when I’m Soaking and scrubbing grass stains out of my boys jeans! It’s nice that is has its own self clean, I will put cleaning packets in with it, and I try to leave the lid up for it to air out.

I love my washer. the feature I love the best is the basket that i can stub a single item

It did not disappoint my expectations of this appliance

It is constantly off balance, I did everything that is in the manual and the support says but a simple set of king sheets sets it off balance forget the king blankets, which is why i bought it in the first place

I am very pleased with how clean my clothes come out of the washer compared to the washer I had for 10 years and having to go to the laundry mat. I like all the cleaning options especially having available the sanitizing cycle with my having pets in my household.. It saves on water and soap being HE. Good value. And I like the financing terms available thru Best Buy.

Could not be happier with this washing machine. Large tub can carry a lot of clothes (came from a smaller Whirlpool). Super quiet machine, very sleek and modern look, and the clothes come out fresh and fairly dry after the spin and drain cycle!

This washer is a great product. It is intuitive, with a great sleek design. I personally love the basket for stain removal with it's own water supply. Cons: I received my first water bill after purchasing this product. My monthly water consumption more then tripled with only 1 load a week. I have been using the normal mode with full loads of laundry.

Started out great…lasted less than 5 years before having motor and motherboard issues. Disappointed

I had this washer for 2 years and it failed me. Suddenly he no longer wanted to work. I love this washing machine, too bad it failed me so soon

I have had this same dryer two different times now and every time after about 2.5 years it’s starts malfunctioning and I end up have to spend hundred of dollars on repairs or replacing it. No her it is 2.5 years later after owning the second dryer and once again it is malfunctioning! It’s great befor it stops Working but it’s a repetitive issue, not to mention last the the metal dryer basket cracked and had to be replaced too!

It’s a good basic machine that is attractive. Slightly noisy. Holds a lot of clothes

After 4 years of use, I am very happy with Samsung.
