MEMS sensor issue that won't go away

Geek squad was out 3 times in Feb to fix an issue with the MEMS sensor and I have been waiting for parts to fix the same issue since Sept 30th. Nothing like spending $800 on a washing machine that likely won't last beyond my Geek squad period. What a piece of junk!

Samsung is not acknowledging this as a problem and is not offering a fix. Stay away from this washer.

My husband works out a lot and washing his clothes with this washer was pretty much useless. The sweat stains were still there and so was the deodorant. Worst washer we have ever owned. Glad we are able to exchange!
