Fantastic, Amazing washer! I've never used a washer this great!! The pet care function is absolutely incredible! It has 2 lint traps inside the huge drum and does not leave any fuzz, lint, or hair inside the washer at all. Highly recommend!! Also the brushed navy color looks great in our laundry room!

Samsung makes top notch appliances and this is no exception. We just moved into a new home and have been washing everything that was in storage. Everything comes out clean and smelling great. The pet hair traps are a really nice feature. We also like that it connects to the SmartThings app

We love the color and got the dryer also. The wifi function is nice. We can see the timer on the phone.

I ordered online and did actually see or touch the item before it arrived. It was BETTER than I expected. The touch buttons are so smooth and the display offers me som many choices. The machine itself is very quiet. I have done 3 loads and have been highly satisfied with the results

We really like the washer. So many settings for different types of clothes. Only negative is that the depth of the drum is very deep.

Love this washer it’s is deep so I am short so it’s hard to grab clothes on the bottom lol but love the pet wash since I just adopted a puppy works great

Love this machine. The large drum helps get laundry done faster. The filters on the side of the drum holds the dog hair (we have 6 dogs) The only problem is that I'm too short to reach into the bottom of the drum. (needed a step stool)

We are extremely happy with a new washing machine. It does it all! Not having a sink in my laundry room the jet Has proven to be so essential.

Absolutely love this washing machine. Wasn’t sure at first because it had a impelor instead of agitator. I think it cleans better than agitator machine.

Our old LG machine finally hit the end of its life after about 10 years. We purchased this Samsung Machine and so far; have absolutely been satisfied. It has 2 "Pet Hair" Filters in the Wash Basin that catch all kinds of small items along with hair. So far, we couldn't be happier with this Samsung Washer.

We bought the matching set of Samsung Pet Care Washer and Dryer. My wife has been extremely pleased with both items. We have three cats and the amount of fur on our clean clothes has been drastically reduced. No problems with cleaning the clothes, no damage to clothing. Would recommend to friends and family.
