Very large washer!

This Samsung washer works great

delivered broken
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First I waited 3 weeks to revive the washer then when it showed up I was told they would not be able to install it as it is to heavy to lift into my wash room. So when I hired help to put it in and unwrapped it it was rotted with dents and the door won't close. Now I'm told I have to wait another 3 weeks for another one after they hauled my old washer away and now I have no way to wash my kids cloths. Very upset at this point with best buy, I have been let down on every purchase I have ever made there and will probably never buy again. Hoping for customer support to reach out and so something.

except for door opening only one direction great

Fantastic Machine for Cleaning Clothes

I was skeptical if the price would bear out to be a valuable investment. My expectations have been exceeded. FYI, this device ships with the hoses needed. Do not buy another set like I did.
