We are a family of 15, and we've been through it with washers and dryers. There is no load too large for this one. We can wash 20 towels in this one washer! So worth it!

The primary reason to buy this one is to reduce total no of loads in week and noise. This washer does both the job very efficiently. Also no need to go out to wash comforter.

I am on my 4th one already. The first washer and dryer the door glass was scratched everywhere. The second dryer was fine but the washer door glass had scratches everywhere again. The 3rd washer only had one noticeable scratch so decided to keep but then did a load of laundry and the dial is sticking so now returning it for my 4th one and I know this one will probably be scratched as well but hopefully not too bad. They are brand new and I saw them unload it and unpack it then take the plastic cover off in front of me and it is still scratched so there is obviously an issue somewhere in the process. Very frustrating. Corporate needs to step in and identify this quickly. Other than the cosmetic issue so far seems to be nice washer but haven't got much time on it.

This is the biggest washer available in the market. We have a large washing room and this set fills the room. We love it because we can wash a king comforter, sheets, and pillow cases all in one wash. Very quiet and efficient machine.

We had an LG front loader for 8 years. We had multiple issues with it - awful smell we could not get rid of, drum cracking, etc. So we read the reviews, consulted consumer reports, and bought the top of the line Samsung in February 2015. Here we are in September and the washer will not run a cycle. I called Samsung, the CS rep set up an "case #" with a local repair service but it was 6 pm on a Friday and they would not open till Monday and I had to call to set up the appointment. I called and left a voice message anyway to hopefully get a faster appointment. I called first thing Monday and they still could not get to me until Thursday. Thursday, they came out diagnosed it and it will be 7 to 10 days for the part. I called Samsung and said this was not acceptable - they called the service shop and really made no additional effort to expedite anything. They don't care that I have a house full of kids, spent a ridiculous amount on this washer and can't do laundry for what could be more than two weeks! I guess I can add Samsung to the list of products I will not buy again. If you are going to sell me a product that does not work in less than a year, you should replace it, quickly.

I really love this washer. Easy to use. BIG loads fit great. Glad I bought it. I do wish the pedestals weren't so expensive. Hoping to buy them later.

The first 10 months after my purchase were great then the breakdowns started. First breakdown the mother board had to be replaced. My second breakdown will be determined today. Big problem is not only has this thing broken down 2 times now but I am now a few weeks past my warranty. Will I have to deal with fixing this thing every few months. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER WITH OUT GETTING THE BEST BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!!

Just had to rescheduled my repair appointment for the 3rd time. The repair Rep on the phone had a surprising news: two more parts will be needed (no one knows why it was kept from me on the first call), and they are on back order, with an unknowable delivery time! The first part (which I was told to be the only one needed on my first phone call) arrived only AFTER the initially scheduled appointment. Samsung would allow a return ONLY after making you wait for 26 days after the first attempt at repair!!! Mind you this Washer was installed only in September last year, and that is the 2nd breakdown I had to deal with. The door started leaking two weeks after installation, Repairman said it was assembled with a spring positioned improperly. Now it is a major breakdown of the drainage mechanism. Samsung thinks it is OK to make you wait for up to 26 days without laundry, so the return would not be authorized until you wait that long! Buyer beware!

Only lasted 6 years. After about 3 rust started forming just under the control panel. Made me think something was not properly connected inside. After a couple more years it would stop mid cycle. Just gave up on it and switched to another brand.

Spacious and has several good cycles. Wish the doors were interchangeable (my w/d connections are reversed).

After having this washer for 14 months it stopped working. Called Samsung and got the run around because it was out of warranty. Received an email they said I needed to use a local repair (by the way most repairmen hate to work on them and get a lot of calls). Called them again to question them why and they wanted to see a receipt which I scanned and emailed. They said it could not be fixed (with no explanation) and the more I pressed them the more rude they became. Bottom line they said I would get a full refund. And it is not about the refund it is about the inconvenience, phone calls and waiting for their emails to process the refund.Prior to this washer had a Maytag for 16 years with no house calls will go back to them. Prior to this machine breaking down it was a great washing unit while it lasted. So you make the call. Good luck.

I bought this with the matching dryer. They were the largest on the market and had all the bells and whistles. I am still learning the functions.

After only having my Samsung washing machine for four years it completely broke down and is going to cost me $800 to fix it. The technician even told me that it would continue to break. I will never buy another Samsung product.

Fantastic machine. Has lasted us 6 years with heavy wash use with no problems.

Love how much space it has and all the options. Can use an app with it.

On its spin cycle it will shake violently. Horrible
