it's everything I had hoped for in terms of size and quality of operation and design... disconcerting at first since it uses minimum water so you don't see it splashing around in the window but it cleans really well and has spectacular capacity... saw that it was top rated on Consumer Report which went a long way making the choice between this and the similarly sized LG unit... very quiet, incredible number of cleaning options and very little vibration in the spin mode even with heavy items at high speed... you cannot go wrong with this unit... it's big, so be sure you have the space and doorway for it... it's 30" wide instead of the usual 27" with the smaller standard units

This is my first time buying a front loader and I am in love with my new washer!! It's extremely efficient in capacity and performance!! Plus it's not noisy..definitely recommend it!!

This washer is very nice, quiet, fast, cleans good but we had an issue with water leaking out the door the first couple of washes. Not a lot but leaking. The problem seems to have gone away but I'm worried it might have issues in the future that I'm gonna have to buy the extended warranty to be on the safe side. Not money I wanted to spend right away. I do love the features. Yes, it's perfectly leveled.

I have two big dogs and a husband that gets really dirty at work. This washing machine is awesome, it does an incredible job getting my husband's work clothes clean with a minimum amount of soap or pre treating and my dogs blankets and bath towels come out of the wash looking like new.

The drum on this washer is huge. I can do one wash as opposed to two or three washes.This washer can handle king size comforters, sheets and pillow cases. Its quite.

We bought this machine because it's the only one on the market that holds our oversized comforter. It works well but makes strange noises sometimes. I haven't called Best Buy yet but will soon.

No longer behind on laundry it works great! Must have large area for them. Redid whole washer/closet for the fit drywall and floors and I am so thankful. Installers were awesome and sales associates.

Best washer we've had so far. Had a few issues where water would come out of the soap dispenser. Not sure what caused it. But it doesn't happen any more.

Never thought I'd say a new washer and dryer makes doing laundry better but somehow it does. Really large loads leaving close clean. Pleasant music when it's finished. The different settings actually do different things. Just be ware that the's may be bigger than your door frame into a laundry room. We had to pop one side of the door frame off to get it in the laundry room, and it was really tight to get in the frount door frame. So either measure to make sure it fits or plan on messing with a door frame. Great purchase. You will need a stacking kit if that's your plan.

I've had for a couple months. Love it!! I can now wash my king size comforter!

This washer is great for large, and I mean large, loads. It is so quiet and washing time is short...cleanest clothes yet!

The sanitize setting really gets the stench out of some funky stuff (such as hockey undergarments). Washing two comforters at once is also no issue for this beast.

I have had many machines over the years, so far this is the best one. It's quiet, has lots of options, the normal cycle is quick, and clothes come out clean and fresh. No problems with it (it's been a few months).

The summary sums it up pretty good! We can fit our comforter and then some into this HUGE washer! Talk about saving time and money!

This washer has served the family great for the past 6 months without any issues. Only complaint is the drain cleaning plug on the bottom when you remove to clean filter will go everywhere. I have purchase the (3) super absorb towels to place under the washer to catch water and minimize the mess.Water has yet to come out dirty. I can get all the families laundry done in a few hours non stop. Water bill has decrease a few dollars also. Make sure you measure from baseboard to baseboard if you want them to sit side by side.

We chose this model because of its large capactiy and the faster cycle speed

This is one of my best washer machines ever very efficient

We love our washer, it saves water and washes larger loads. It is wider than most washers so check the door widths.
