The process to find a replacement washer was easy. This washer was rated high and well priced for the value. Huge loads and works great. Delivery was fast and on time. We did need a longer hose; that should be standard with every delivery to have one ready just in case. That would be superior service.

This washer was a replacement for a 10 year old Kenmore Elite. It has the stream capability that we wanted. It washes clothes in shorter cycles; saving energy and cost. We love the many cycles to choose from which is so easy to use on this washer.

With a family size of four adults and three children, a larger washing machine was needed. We had a 3.8 cu. ft. washer for 5 years which worked fine until the third grandchild came along. This washer has more than enough capacity to take care of the largest laundry needs with room to spare.

This washer saves water and it has a really big capacity.

Great washer, its super quite and has plenty of room for large comforters. The only downfall for me is it doesn't give an option of small, medium or large load. I have only had it for about 2 months now so I haven't quite figured out all it can do. Overall i'm satisfied and recommend it.

I have nine children plus my husband and myself. I could never keep up with the laundry with are normal size washer. When my last one died we researched and decided to go with this washer. I love it!! It cleans great and I can wash so much at once..

So many options when washing different loads. Heard many not so good things about the front loaders, but have to say we absolutely love ours.

Can was a large load with room to spare and the steam feature gets clothes clean.

The washer machine is big and I could wash the blanket. That is goooooooood.

This is the best washer I've ever owned! It will hold about double the amount any of the other ones I've had. I like the cycles it offers, however, would like a "knits" one. Like the dryer (and on other brands, also), you have limited choices for each cycle. I would like to be able to have complete control on such things as the spin speed and water temperature for every cycle. The steam feature is neat, as is being able to trouble-shoot with your phone. Again, like the dryer, it plays a tune at the end of the cycle. I wish you could download any tune you want from your phone!

Works great and haven't had any issues with it. Love the way it's looks too.

This washer saves me so much time and money. I am now able to wash comforters and large pillows at home. Also wash dog beds in the washer and there is no residue of dog hair. Worth the cost, and very quiet
