I am ABSOLUTLY in love with my new washer. With the bigger tub it has cut my laundry time in half. We are on a septic system, my old washer used so much water that when I would get done with laundry the yard would be soggy. The yard is no longer soggy. It uses way less water. My clothes smell and look so much more clean than before.

My old one quit and this out of box special fit the bill!

Amazing, super large capacity, yet very silent. Stylish, and with great aesthetics. Power consumption is minimal, and I can wash duvets, comforters, and even my dog's bed! Great product!

Third time's a charm. Had some issues with the first two washers and their installation and delivery guys. Third washer still had an issue with a damaged start/pause button (looks like a manufacturing issue) but third crew was good and Best Buy expedited the delivery after realizing the frustration I was going through with the first two attempts.

My experience with best buy was the worst ever but the Samsung product is amazing. Will never ever buy from best buy again... Was verbally abused by best buy team members. But at least Samsung delivers a quality product you can rely on.

Samsung continues to make superior products from cell phones to large appliances. Very happy with the performance and stye of these units (purchases both the washer and dryer). Five stars for Samsung and another great product offering.

For a family of 6 with regular long term visitors was a no brainer on capacity and warranty

I've had the washer for about a month and have no complaints. It looks great and washes a lot of clothes very quickly. I did notice a slight musty smell after using initially. I now leave the door open after use and smell went away.

This washer is amazing. Be sure it will fit through your door however. We had to remove some door molding but it was worth it. Terrific washer. Holds so much in one wash that it cuts down our washing by 75%. Many cycles to choose from but not complicated. We could not be happier. Well worth the $

This washing machine is beautiful, so very easy to use and quiet! I love the way it plays a tune when it is finished.

This washer is great for large families who want to get more done at once. I have 5 kids and used to dread doing laundry. Now that I can throw in so much more laundry at once it is kind of fun now. I love all the settings! From quick wash to sanitize it has settings to fit all of your laundry needs. Clothes come out clean and need very little drying afterwards.

This is s great washer. Excellent in cleaning my clothes and has an extra large capacity to get more done in each wash. I would definitely recommend.

I use this at my summer home on the coast. I have lots of guests so we go though lots of linens, towels and clothes! This machine handles it all with no problems. The last thing I want to do in my spare time is spend time doing multiple loads of laundry! This machine is large!

The gentleman who helped me was awesome! We have had the genius crew come out twice already glad I bought the genius warranty. The customer service was perfect!
