We had a very hard size finding the right size drain pain for this machine - it seems to be bigger than the biggest size available. Because we initially had the wrong size, it delayed the installation and we've had trouble getting Best Buy's crew to show up when they say they will.

I like the super large capacity it is amazing get one

When the washer and dryer were delivered the dryer was damaged out of the box and we asked for an exchange of the dryer, but unfortunately it was not available anymore at BestBuy nor on Samsung's website as this model is discontinued. Unfortunately, Samsung doesn't have any new model of comparable capacity. Since we didn't want to mix washer and dryer brand/models either we exchanged both to the equivalent sized LG models as we were looking for the largest capacity models in he first place.

I did a lot of research on washer and found these to best satisfy my requirements, large capacity and clean clothes. Feedback from owners, which was favorable, on several different websites were also considered before buying.

Love this washer! I used to spend my weekends washing clothes after a long work week and now this machine has cut the time down so much I now have some leisure time!

Only thing I dislike is the long song it plays, but in hindsight its better than a buzzer! Works great!

This product works great and it doesn't damage cloth like other machines do. Cleans great!!

The larger tub is fantastic and well worth the price. Love that I can wash large or small loads and does much better job cleaning than our old GE duet was able to do.

We have a pool @ our home and six bathrooms and many guests. So there are a lot of towels to wash and dry. You can do a complete load from wash to dry(we have the matching dryer) in less than 29 minutes. Comes in handy when your best bud's little man decides to get into the pool fully clothed shoes and all. In 45 minutes even his shoes were washed and dried(a little rack insert fits into the dryer just for drying shoes). I love the washing machine but I may not have given it five stars if I only owned it and not the matching dryer. This machine sings a little song just to let you know it is complete, Which is very cool. There are Many different settings to wash your articles of laundry, from delicate undies to your favorite bulkier blanket. Each and every time The washer also knows the size of dirty clothes that you load inside, and It Uses the correct amount of water(very little). I have owned a high efficiency(He) in the past, which normally ripped everything up ne left most items dirty. This one does the job great without leaving dirty spots, extra soap on clothes or ripping up my favorite shirt or jeans. I might just be on a Samsung kick as of late, but they are putting out smart and great products! This machine is a great buy, but I do suggest for the best experience Please do yourself a favor and buy the matching pair, (washing machine and dryer)although I did opt out for the pedestal.

This is a great washer, been very happy with purchase, very energy efficient, doesn't use much water, and clothes almost dry when come out, does good job cleaning.

It runs like a horse. It has good power and performance with awesome size. It washes two king comforters in one shot.

I was hesitant at first, but after using this machine for a few months I can honestly say it's worth every penny!

Love this washer and dryer combination. I have them stacked with no problem. The washer is very quiet and I love the child lock feature. The only drawback, is the door in our dry climate has a lot of static and collects a lot of lint and constantly looks dirty, but wiping it with a wet paper towel cleans it right up.

This washer is big! I love it, so far no issues. You can do a lot of laundry really fast.

If you have a large family this washer is the one. Super quiet and pretty easy to use. Love the sanitize option

Be careful and measure your room and door opening...I had to squeeze mine in...I am not sorry...the best washer I have ever owned.

My clothes are getting really clean. Especially notice the whites. I love that it washes my comforter
