Great overall with one major flaw

The induction cooktop is amazing, beautiful and heats things quickly. The oven also heated up very quickly. As I was testing it out I was surprised to feel heat blowing at me as I was using the oven and cooking at the stove. Apparently, the oven vents heat out the front of the unit, right behind the door handle. This means that if I am baking at the same time I am cooking, I am constantly having hot air blown on me. I live in Texas. It is hot here. This is not acceptable to me. I'm surprised that none of the other reviews I have read address this issue. It was also a pain to level the range just right to have the cooktop meet, but not rest on the counter.

Posted .Hi, JanetG, thank you for reaching out. It is normal for the convection fan to run while the oven is preheating, and it should always turn off when you open the door. The fan also circulates air during cooking. While all of the above are part of the normal function of the unit, I want to be sure you feel comfortable using your range. Slick design. Responsive burners. No warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Clean look. Quick responsive burners. Informative bright display. Cons: WiFi feature is only useful to check if oven or burners are ON, you can control oven but not top. App is sluggish and very slow. You can not turn off burners remotely, just oven. Item has plastic legs. One leg had stripped thread so I can not adjust the height. Samsung customer service suggested that I hire a professional and they refused to do anything or even cover the part just transferred me to parts department. They pretty much wasted my time on the phone since first time I was pretty much transferred until last person told me to call Samsung customer service and second time they told me to hire someone. I really expected them to at lest ship this plastic leg. Will have to come up with wooden block to support this expensive range. I wonder what the warranty is for and hope nothing else breaks.
