This TV was a great price! It has a really nice picture.

Great and fast service ordered online and picked up at store I love how fast they were able to have my order ready and how nice all the personnel is at the Poughkeepsie galleria mall location is, just perfect, installation was pretty straight forward.

Good basic tv which is relatively easy to set up. The only issue is the picture quality when not looking at it straight ahead. When looking at the TV from an angle the picture is very washed out. The quality of the picture of a UHD 4K TV should be much better! If you want great picture quality from all angles, this is NOT the one for you

The TV is great. Wasn't happy with the service. Was told I'd get it in 3 days but it took 8 days. Called customer service and no supervisor would talk to me. They were supposed to call me back but never did. Very bad customer service.

We never looked at how many HDMI ports this TV had. I have always thoughts TVs had more than 2! We have an old VCR no RCA plugs and ONLY 2 HDMI POINTS. TV would only work with HDMI for the cable input. Picture was great!

Great tv with great picture especially for the price.

Had to have it delivered due to Covid and despite my reservations in doing so I was presently surprised at the not only the shipping speed and the way the product was packed to prevent damage. It’s a great TV just what we were looking for!

The first time I purchase this new brand it works great for a week and started having a Green Dot on one side. no problems returning it simple and easy the second one no problem whatsoever. I'm getting another one for the living room.

It could use a few more extra gadgetsBecause she doesn’t do well with regular cable is ready design as I believe for streaming if you have Internet access which I don’t but overall it’s OK TV is just some I can’t really use a lot of the smart features without Internet

28 Months out and the TV developed a 'cone' shaped dark spot starting off center bottom left rising to the top of the screen. What's more is several smaller 'cone' shaped dark spots appeared as well. For a little over 2 years it was a great TV. Too bad we live in a throw away society now. All hail china and their defective garbage they make!

It's a really nice TV for our bedroom. It fits on our corner wall mount perfectly. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the delay when turning it on. You would think that as far as technology has come there wouldn't be an extended delay when turning it on. Overall we love it.

The process in regards to ordering, process and delivery I can honestly say it was perfect. Thank you! I cannot honestly review the product yet as it’s a Christmas gift. I would be happy to update once I have more feedback.

Awesome value. I'm using this thing as my primary computer screen at work, so it gets ~9 hours a day, and is worth its weight in gold. Displays text and images very clearly, and isn't tough on my eyes in computer mode.

Great TV and has great resolution. The only negative is the remote. The remote is cheaply made and buttons were already malfunctioning and sticking less than a month after purchase. You would think for such a pricy TV the remote would be of a little higher quality.

Replaced first best buy insignia 48 in flat screen that went dark. Under 10 years Mind you I had a TV brand Hitachi TV that was still going on 35 years before I had to replace it because the technology changed “Digital” Guess I’ll look forward to whatever is new and improved in 10 years

The TV is very good - our only problem is that after it was installed on the wall - the bottom sticks out. I will say that might be our fault - maybe we installed it wrong but we haven't had time to fix it, Ask your salesperson.

Great TV! We have it wall mounted, which makes this TV seem small. The border is so thin it doesn’t even cover the plugs as our older smaller TV did. I would suggest getting a bigger size than you think you want!

Very nice TV. Love the "Samsung Plus" feature that provides many extra and great channels. Do not care for the voice that comes on every time I use closed captions or opt out of it. Color is not quite as good as my previous Samsung, but still very acceptable.

This was my first flat screen TV. I was a little disappointed. It wasn't as big as I thought it was going to be. The picture is very light, not bright and sharp as I saw in the store. The faces look along. I will talk to someone to see if there's some way I can fix it to make it look better.

I had to adjust the picture settings to be satisfied. My previous Samsun had a better picture. I notice that if I look at the tv at an angle the color looks distorted and in blocks where you can’t really see the detailed outlines of a persons body to the background.
