This tv was purchased as a last minute necessity. It’s works just fine just that the volume goes out everyone in a while when you turn it on. I have to turn it off then back on to be able to get the sound to work again.

This tv has a real good picture display . With true color and good brightness. This tv lacks side viewing quality . Fine for a small room we’re side viewing isn’t necessary.cant go wrong for the price for a 4K display .

For the price point, this is an excellent 4K 50” TV. It’s a great option for most causal users, and has lots of built in streaming apps. Haven’t had enough time to get to know it better, but happy with so far.

Needed a simple tv for the bedroom. Cable not needed just the internet. I'm able to watch ACC network college football games without cable.

Absolutely love this tv! One thing I will say is, sometimes it disconnects from the WiFi more often than not but recently we added a WiFi extender it can connect to. So it works perfectly fine now

Samsung has always been the product of choice for me. And until this day the image and pixels only get better with each new product they come out with. This is the experience you want in your living room and for your guests !!!!!

Samsung is World Class on almost everything they sell especially LED televisions. The clarity as well as the quality is nothing short of amazing!! I highly recommend them!!

In Love w. My TV. Came With Features I Wasn't Expecting. (Wireless Phone Mirroring, When Connected to WiFi Plays Cable Channels (VH1, MTV, Comedy Central "so far"), etc) Upsizing My 50in To a 75in In December.

She was showed me the various sounds systems and TVs available. She stayed with me until I reached checkout and helped to arrange someone to the front of the store to place the one of my purchases into my vehicle

This was for my father who lives in a assisted living home, 15 hours away from me. I was happy that the install and removal of the TV could be done without his help. The only issue was that the channels weren't setup. He had to have the maintenance help him program the TV.

Excellent TV, however, all these flat screen TVs need a soundbar (extra purchase). Salesmen think the average consumer knows this, but I don’t think the average older shopper knows this. No big deal, but get the soundbar.

I have 2 of these TVs and the only issue I have is that my Apps such as Hulu will not work and I have to unplug the TV for 1 minute and plug it back in to fix it. From what I have searched online it’s a common issue with Samsung TVs. Other than that it’s great.

A little over 2years later and no complaints as of now. Wifi works, all apps work. Updates improve the performance of the tv. Very pleased.

What can I say the product speaks for itself; it’s my 4th one. I can buy it anywhere but I chose Best Buy because of the great reputation of the store and excellent service. I can trust the store for electronics.

Samsung is a great TV. The Smart TV navigation is good although I think ROku is much more user friendly. Samsung quality and the thinness of the tv can’t be beat. Great TV for a great price!

I really like the TV because it has a good resolution for the price it has, I don't put a five, since I had to change it because the first one came out defective on HDMI port.

The Samsung 6 class series is mediocre for watching HDR movies. It has an outstanding native contrast ratio and excellent black uniformity but lacks local dimming to make blacks deeper. I liked it.

Great tv with many options for the price!!! Love these new Samsung tvs have Apple Airplay!! Many apps to use and most important for me is the excellent input lag for video games!!! Tv has game mode for fast action gaming!!!

I have been buying Samsung tv's for ever they never disappoint. This one just has a thing that bugs me a lot, when I pass through the PS4 source it powers the system on and that bugs me. Other than that its good.

Service persinnel were grest after a few (3) different slow computers I was redirected to the front of the line at checkout and transaction was completed and on my way. Kudos to your floor personnel.
