Not sure what the issue is but i don’t get the HD feel that i had thought i would get. It shows just as good as my previous visio. Wondering if i will experience the hype or feel that you get while watching it in the store. So far not impressed but i do have a TV so that is ok.

I’m just enjoying my new TV. I no longer have WIFI, so I can’t enjoy all the things it has to offer right now, but hopefully that will change soon. This is my first smart TV so I still have a lot to learn.

Good TV, especially for the price. It was a bit annoying to get mounted, as the bolt holes were too deep for one set of bolts and too shallow for the other, but it wasn't terrible to make the adjustment.

I own three of these TVs and they are great for bedrooms and guest rooms that dont need cutting edge technology, but can get 4k at a super low price. Great interaction with samsung smarthome too

A great television to game and watch in 4k! First time 4K owner and this TV doesnt disappoint. A great price too! Plays 4K movies very well as well as HDR games with the PS4 Pro.

I use to buy the other “S” brand and every other tv was recalled but the one I had. So chucked it in the trash and bought a Samsung and haven’t had any issues in last 15 years with Samsung TV

Like the tv overall...the one thing that I dislike though is that unless you are directly in front of the tv, the view from the sides is very poor...color washed out, faded, etc.

I bought this TV on sale. The salesman talked to me about different TVs. He recommended this was the best deal. It was on sale and a great tv. I am so pleased with my purchase.

Overall it’s a good tv. The only problem is that when there a dark scene you are unable to see the cast members. You see a glimpse of the character. Everything else is good.

Dad state the installer was prompt, professional who wore COVID-19 mask the entire time and showed my dad tv features plus how to operate remote control. Dad was pleased with everything.

TV’s went out in the bedroom so I decided to replace all. I noticed this is store and was extremely happy with the quality of the screen. Once I got home and put up the clarity was 10X better than what I previously had. I definitely recommend.

I had bought a Vizio TV from Best Buy but after a week the sound went out had to return it. The salesman gave me a great suggestion another brand and all has worked well ever since.

I have discovered after having to return my first selection of another tv that they are all alike now as to the sound quality, being of poor quality when watching movies. This is why sound bars are such a big thing now. Looks like I am going to have to purchase one.

Great price for a tv. The picture is crisp. The only thing that I dont like about it is that it does not have bluetooth on the tv. If you want something with bluetooth then get the 7 series

So very beautiful screen. This is my first smart TV, so it's going to be a learning experience. Samsung makes great products, and now I can control the TV with my phone?! Wow!

I am so glad that I purchased the Samsung 50-inch 4K TV. It has served its purpose and was a value for the money.

We bought this tv for my son and he is loving it! He use it to see his movies and professors’ videos for college.

The TV itself has a wonderful screen. As a professional installer, I would like to have seen the rear mount screw holes even in depth so I would not have to shim them to make the tv flat on its mounting brackets. But that is minor to the quality of the tv itself.

Best Buy offered me a great deal on this purchase. Sales personnel was extremely knowledgeable and personable.
