    Ours has had a gray band that comes directly in the middle of the screen vertically every so often, no matter what we're watching or playing. The frequency of this defect has gotten worse, but we haven't had an opportunity to address exchanging it due to the virus. If it didn't have that happening, I would rate it higher quality.

    It takes several minutes before audio is excellent. I will be calling to have that corrected.

    This is a great television if you need one. Make sure that you have a good input source to get the best picture on the screen. I wished I would have listened to the Best Buy gentleman and purchased the other model he suggested for better picture. But honestly for what I need I am satisfied and glad I purchased the tv.

    Samsung really cheaped out on this one.. this TV is slow and laggy in-menu and in apps as well. Youtube cannot play livestreamed videos for more than five minutes before an infinite load starts. None of the other systems in my house have this issue, be they wired or wireless. Comes pre-installed with a bunch of apps you can't remove even if you don't have the subscription services they are related to. Pretty sure my New 2DS has more RAM than this thing given how slow the menus are. "HDR" is slapped on the label for brownie points, but it's not even readable by my Xbox One X because of how weak the settings are. The 120 Hz "effective refresh rate" looks decent, but do not use it during gaming. It turns the screen into a blurry mushy mess if the camera is turned too fast. Would recommend this TV to those that are too eager to get into 4k and don't want to get a solid value for their money.
