Video quality isn’t bad on this tv, however YouTube doesn’t work on this tv even tho it’s a smart tv

All was fine until yesterday. Hasn't been 2 years and it just quit on me. I didn't get the service plan as this TV is rarely used. I couldn't imagine that it wouldn't last 2 years. Purchased 3/02/2020. Very disappointing!
