    Sometimes, when first turning on, the picture is blurry and has lines or an underwater picture. It goes away after a minute or so and then it looks great but it is a brand new Samsung...I'm thinking about using my warranty already after just 30-days.

    I have had this TV a little over a year. I barely even used it, since it was in my bedroom and I hang out in the living room more. While it worked great the few times I did use it, I was disappointed to find that after not turning it on for 6+ weeks it died. I gave it a day, red light at the bottom center wouldn't turn on. I moved it rooms, still didn't work. I'm grateful I bought the 2-year protection plan because I received a credit for what I paid.

    Bought tv to watch spectrum app, after 2 weeks on phone with Samsung and Spectrum. App works about 1/2 the time. TV has very good picture, Netflix works good, ended up purchasing Roku to watch Spectrum

    Bought as a gift to upgrade tv for my Mom. Nice size and good picture quality. Love that its not bulky or takes up much room on stand.

    Bought this in January given they had a sale. I had to return in after it started having issues. It started to have lines and it would spaz out while watching you’re watching something. Initially I thought it was a faulty one but the second one did it again. I was going to go back to replace it .... again. It was just to much of a hassle to pack everything back up and wait so I’ve had it since then. It keep having issues every now and again but it works fine for the most part.

    Got this as a black friday deal and it really was not a great purchase. Sure the price was amazing but I have a high end Samsung (purchased this for the guest room) and the picture quality is night and day.

    Easy setup and install. Wall mounted and setup of the WiFi was simple enough. Biggest problem was the loss of the RGB input used by my old DVD changer. Need to upgrade to a newer DVD player with HDMI output.

    The tv has worked okay so far but suddenly a green line appeared in the tv. They have scheduled a technician to come out and fix it next week.

    Bought it had geek squad install. Then 1 month to the day it would no longer turn on ,it was bought as new. I called best buy and they said they could not help as I did not buy the geek squad plan. Gave me the number to samsung called them they sent a tech out in 2 days but the power board was not working it had to be ordered. But the samsung tech came and installed and so far still working but it has only been 1 week.

    This tv (NU6900) is a decent entry-level 4K LCD TV. It is okay for everyday use like watching the news or regular tv viewing but for playing games or watching movies on the vcr/dvd is very disappointing.

    I needed a new bedroom tv. I thought being a Samsung it would be decent. WRONG!!! Color is absolutely horrible. No matter what you do the color looks washed out. I tried every setting and looked up every setting to try. I ended up taking it back and paying more for a better tv. My wife who could care less even said this picture was horrible and no matter how you adjusted the tint the picture has a green hue

    Loved this tv at first but exactly at 2 years it began to jutter with no fix apparently. Would never recommend

    I had to look for a salesman!! Then it was like I had to try to keep their attention because they were constantly looking at others and looking around. I wanted information and I just got the general stuff not what I needed. I actually researched the products at home before I stopped by after work. I found someone over by the door and said I want one of the TVs on display. And then I waited in line to get it paid for and I told them to hold it and I'd come by in a couple days to pick it up. When I came to get my TV people were not very friendly. They took 10 or minutes to find my TV, And then I had to wait for someone to help me load it. The guy who took my sales receipt and pickup statement wouldnt give me my original receipt back that was stapled to the pickup order. I asked him twice. the second time he seemed short with me and told me to go stand by the door and they have everything there that Id need. No, the guy who loaded the TV was very nice!! Gave me some papers and told me to enjoy my TV. When I got home I realized that the papers did not include my purchase receipt!! The next day I went back to the store and told them I wanted my receipt. They claimed that it didnt matter, I didnt need a receipt cuz I was in their system. The receipt they gave me had copy stamped on it. I am an accountant. Since when is an original receipt not needed to prove purchase?? Some people could be a little friendlier to customers. What, or how much, they purchase shouldnt decide how you treat them. I wasnt going to do this review cuz I was mad and it still makes me mad as how I was treated!! The TV doesnt work the best and it doesnt always turn on. So, yes, Im not very happy with my purchase.

    Nice to but concerned. The last one I purchased as a gift didn’t last 3 years. Hopefully this one does. It was a gift too.

    Quality is there. I noticed that the contrast towards the middle of the screen is low and already messed with the settings. This problem was noticed out of the box

    Employees were helpful and knowledgeable about the selection of TVs. The pricing was poorer than I expected for Xmas Sales. May not return for future purchases.

    Had tv shipped to the house before xmas as a gift. Unfortunately, when box was opened and plugged there was no tv picture. Returned to Best Buy store and exchanged it for a good one.

    The picture on this set is plenty sharp but it's very dim. You have to shut the lights out to see it. There is no vibrancy whatsoever. Very disappointed.
