The sound has issues. It sounds like there is too much base. I have turned the base all the way down and it still has an echo. Also, when you view the TV from a side angel the color is way off. I watch this TV when I am in the kitchen (tv is not far away in the family room) and it just doesn’t look correct from a little bit off to the side. However, if you sit directly in front of the TV the color is fine. It’s too much of a pain for me to try to take it back and I don’t have the box anymore. I wish I had something else.

within the first day i noticed a random static line bout say 2 inches wide and spanned the whole height of the tv, its not too bad considering it only flashes occsasionally

It’s an okay TV. Compared to the 7 series in my living room, it is poorer video quality and has buffing issues. I’d advise to pay the few extra dollars and get the 7 series

Overall the tv is okay. The resolution on the picture is low and though I have tried the settings on different quality levels they are all low quality.

So I'm writing this and it's only my second day owning the tv. The first day I got it and was packaged really good and tight but in the middle like every 15-20 minutes it would flicker for less than a second so I thought I google this the next day.Btw I unpacked this on my bed and was very careful and also played games as well as watched a movie but the flickering only happened when I was playing video games.The Next day Flickering became more frequent,noticable and in greater number. THIS IS ONLY DAY 2

I cannot turn the tv off. I turn it off, walk away, and it turns on 10 seconds later. I must use my power strip and completely cut the power for it to turn off. Also, I know this is going to sound dumb, but I HATE the picture. Instead of watching shows or movies, it looks like im watching scenes with a green screen behind them. Too "clear" or HD or whatever. I prefer my 2013 Samsung over this one.

Inferior quality for a Samsung product, not nearly as good as my last one. I will never again buy any tv without checking it in person, based on name alone.

Purchased this tv for den after plasma tv no longer worked. Poor substitution! There are times when the tv doesn't power on & I have to unplug/reset tv, as well as the optical outlet which seems to cut out from soundbar occasionally. That also has to be reset. Exchanged from an LG which I didn't care for @ all. Have a 65" Samsung UHD in living room that I have no issues with, so very surprised @ model in den. Hoping the glitches work themselves out w/updates. They often do.

Nothing fancy. You can see the pixels up close and it’s nothing fancy. But if you want just a tv for the garage or something cheap this fits the bill

I try to stick with Samsung tv's but i purchased 2 of these for Christmas and one already is not working!

Decided to buy this for my grandma and she was pleased. The screen is okay but the quality of the picture is very pixelated. Not 4k material in my opinion

For the price you can't get much better then this TV but the smart hub loads a little slow and going through the apps is slow aswell while watching shows is great

For the price I got it for it was ok but I was expecting better quality, I already had a 50" and in think my old one looks better than the new one

Great clear picture, but sound isn’t the best. Remote control is a bit to much for me. Wish it was simpler

Good features and easy to operate but after a few months now it has a thin red line running up and down on the right third of the screen.

Lower drawer on stove does not full close. the instruction manual for the stove could have more information on using convection oven.

Product advertised itvincluded 3 month Apple TV+ free. It did but Apple TV+ does not work on this tv. Deceptive advertising??

returned to store the day after delivery, never opening the box. I ordered a different Samsung at that time, Saw one that I liked better

There needs to be some minor adjustments to pic as it flashes and fades in and out once in a while. Geek Squad is coming to check it out.
