We are going to have to return it to the manufacturer through their 1-year guaranteed warranty since we weren't able to return it to Best Buy, due to their 14-day return policy.

Unfortunately if you like to watch shows with sound this isn't the the one. When we change the channel the sound will go off. The only way to get sound is to turn it off and let it sit off for five minutes the I turn it back on and the sound I'd back Which causes me to yell, " don't touch that dial" (of course anyone under age 50 won't get that)

When we got home and opened the box the whole frame of the tv was cracking, back of the tv was coming out, and the screen was all cracked. I don't even know why this would be for sale if the tv was this bad of a condition.

The picture on the non-smart LG that I replaced with this TV was 3 times better than the Samsung even though I had to use a Roku stick and a Tivo4 stick to stream. I should have stuck to LG. Not only am I stuck with a lousy TV but the nagging from my wife. Buyers beware. Claude Fabre - Miami
