    Multiple Defective TVs. Don’t buy

    After receiving my TV, display was defective and wouldn’t turn on. After exchanging, second TV suffered from an intermittent vertical black bar appearing on the display. As recommended, I reached out to Samsung. They evaluated and recommend me to return to Best Buy. However, Best Buy would not allow me to return because outside the 15 day return period. Not my fault I had to wait for the technician. Horrible customer service. Don’t buy.

    Has terrible dynamic brightness that gets brighter when the scene is bright and darker when the scene is dark. It gets dark enough to be almost impossible to see. Advertised as 120 motion rate. This is false advertising. It is 60 hz not 120.

    Some of the piexls were white in dark scenes in the center of the screen. had it returned.

    Wish I could give it less than one star. Had TV less than a year and started having these barcode looking lines that will pop up and disappear at random. Oddly enough I checked the warranty status EXACTLY one year to the day I bought it. They said it's out of warranty and I'd have to pay for repairs. Samsung isn't what they used to be as a company. The 7 Series 55" that I bought in 2016 and the 6 Series 50" I bought in 2019 are both on their way out. The only perfectly functioning Samsung TV I have left is the 32" 720p that I bought 12 years ago in 2008. I used to swear by Samsung but I won't be buying their products anymore.

    We always have to reset Wi-Fi. Our internet connection has been checked and still disconnects.

    Great TV , but a little passed off I bought it for 700.00 and now its selling for 340.00

    The sound goes in and out sometimes when you cut on but will come back when cut off and cut back on

    Had to send technician twice. Samsung still didn’t want to work with me. I returned it. I might have just got the one bad cookie of the batch, but horrible experience. The issues were with connectivity and software. After the first technician a new mother board was put in and the issues remained the same.

    Bought my television and it has something wrong with the volume. I will never buy another tv from Best Buy. At least at Walmart I could have taken it back and exchanged it. I have to call Samsung to correct the issue. Be careful buying this television.

    I bought this T.V. on sale. I saw it set up in the store but as my son said they adjust them to look good on that channel in the store but that's not how they present at home. This particular T.V. is fine if you sit Directly in front of it. If you are sitting on the side or otherwise the picture is Extemely Pale in color and Very Poor!

    Have had one audio issue already where it sounds like similar to static, very laggy when traversing through the menu, also frequently get flashes of static after a while you dont really notice them but still annoying of course Doesnt help that best buy doesnt offer any type of useful help without geeksqaud seems extremely fishy
