LED PROBLEM!! Shame on you samsung. This TV is total crap!! Just my luck. After a little over a year the screen started screwing up. First, there was a black line going straight up the middle. Next the picture in the middle came back but the TV went black on both sides. Then one day it just went completely black. You can hear everything just fine.
Samsung just will not accept responsibility. Their website says that it’s everyones fault except their own. Yeah, no, it’s the LED strips at the bottom. Wanna know how I know? Cause I fixed it. I bought LED replacements online and......WHAD DA YA KNOW!! IT WORKS!! Picture came right back. So yeah! Your fault not “theirs”. Grow a pair why don’t you!
I can’t stress this enough people. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON SAMSUNG!!

I’ve ran into a few problems with this TV one problem was that that watching 4K content, a line would flash across the screen and I used the factory warranty and for 3 weeks they gave me a run around and the guy that came to replace the display walked in changed the screen in a annoyed manner and didn’t say anything and left

Unable to add many of the apps that I need to use to watch a few of my favorite programs. Samsung has preloaded many apps that I don’t need. They are useless and taken up storage space. Hate that they are preloaded and unable to remove them. TV navigation is also very cumbersome.

DO NOT BUY - issues with warranty service! Bought this in Dec '19 & installed by Geek Squad in Jan '20. Began having pictures issues in Sept '20. Two scheduled in home service appointments have been cancelled by Samsung (Tech sick or 'didn't show for work'). Now have 3rd scheduled appointment another month out, late Nov. Samsung will gladly exchange if we "uninstall 50" TV & wrestle from wall, drive 45 min to Best Buy, then return & reinstall". All with bad back & torn rotator cuff, the reason for having Geek Squad install originally. NOT happy with Samsung!!!

I bought this TV during Black Friday, I don’t write reviews for anything, ever. This TV is absolute garbage. We set it up per the instructions and since day one, we’ve had to go through the process of setting it up all over again, nearly every time we turn it on. It never works with the smart features which is the whole purpose of purchasing this particular TV in the first place as we do not use cable/tv services. I’m absolutely frustrated beyond measure at how crappy this TV is. Called several times and have been instructed each time to unplug the cord but never offered a replacement even though we started calling the day we bought it. Don’t buy it. Seriously. Save yourself the anguish. I have enough self control and lack of funds to replace it, to refrain from smashing this tv into a oncoming traffic though I’ve been close enough times to know, you may not have the same control...

Generally ok for watching cable stations or for watching movies via DVDs. Auto colors are not that great, and wireless internet connection rarely works, which is one of the reasons we bought this model. This is a lower cost lower quality model, so we got what we paid for. But it's ok for for general viewing.

Purchased tv because it was on sale on Black Friday. Returned it because i could never get the color settings to look good, the menu was clunky in design and they forced their free cable channels on you right when you turn the tv on. It struggled keeping a good WiFi signal, which was bad for streaming and gaming.
