Not the next generation television that I had envisioned but adequate for my needs and budget. Would not recommend because there are too many negatives. Motion is bad, no RCA jacks, built in apps are not up to speed. Terrible color and contrast from angles outside of straight on view.

I had to return it and pick up a new one. The 2nd tv won’t connect to the WiFi. I have been a fan of Samsung products but starting to wonder if quality control is slipping.

Audio worked through TV speakers and (ARC)HDMI but no picture. The return policy of Best Buy is terrible. Had to get for cross-shipping since it was going to take 10 days to receive a new one. Amazon has a much better, and easier, return policy that doesn't penalize the buyer. I thought I'd support a local business during the outbreak, but this is my last purchase I'll be doing through Best Buy. You had your chance and you blew it with return options that screw over consumers.

The salesperson was good, however when the guy came to install it there was an additional charge for an axial cord, something which should of been discussed when I paid to have it installed, I expected a beautiful new television that is fun to watch, this one is an absolute disappointment.

However, this tv was bought exactly two up years ago. Now the picture is gone, half the screen is black. Of course warranty has expired but you would expect more from Samsung. These are not low end no name brand units.

This was a Christmas gift and I just put it up in my house last week and I’m already having issues. I don’t recommend this tv.

I’ll be giving this tv to my 12 and 14 year old sons for their Xbox.

Opened it and the screen would not turn onz had to return it and exchange for another one. Second one now has a glitch on the screen, seems to have a line that comes across the screen randomly. Disappointed.
