I purchase a new Samsung smart tv and about two weeks after the purchase the TV died. Luckily it was under manufacturer warranty and they were able to get someone out to fix the tv. Maybe not Best Buy’s fault, however still very disappointing and frustrating.

had burnouts all over the screen right out of the box.. thought I was covered since I (ALWAYS) pay extra for gs coverage, however, been calling since day 1 to no avail.. now I can't even return.. PLEASE HELP

Good picture. Speaker quality is poor. Meaning the volume doesn't go very high making it hard to hear. Had to buy a sound bar that doesn't sync with the tv.

Constant Issues with the "Smart" part of the tv. It never keeps a connection to the WiFi. Apps continually crash. Samsung is off no help. Display and sound are great but this ruins the device.

Nice picture when watching it sitting reasonably close, but the picture is very washed out when watching it at a greater angle.
Had this TV been on display I would have never bought it.

I would recommend going to a higher TV series such as the eighth. When you look straight at the TV it’s fine but when you are looking at it from the sides the picture is white. We are returning to move to the series 8

I didn’t like we can’t download many apps, for example Spectrum app. It can’t be downloaded, so my kids can’t watch cable tv because of this issue.

The installation review. They are not very good at telling you on installation or break down on charges. It was a gift for a family member and Best Buy charged another 100.00 because the TV was going above a fireplace. That's bull sheet. There is no difference between a wall and a wall on a chimney flue. It's extortion and bad business. As a builder myself there is no difference between stud depth on a chimney flue. It's all the same depth. 3 1/2 inches plus 5/8 sheetrock. Big business extorting the little guy. A common tale.

When buying a new tv I aspect it to work automatically. Upon setting up the tv the screen didn’t work. It took Samsung support 1 week to come fix and now the tv will not stay connected to the internet.

We bought this tv on sale. Its decsnt6but seems to lose the wifi signal frequently. And sometimes it hard to navigate between the sources.
Would I buy it again knowing what I know now? Probably not.

Was excited to buy this TV at the price. Installed YoutubeTV and worked great for two days and would not work unless you factory reset the TV every time. Contacted Samsung support and they went through my settings and did a factory reset and said good to go and told him I bet the next day it would not work and I was right. Returned since I did not want to have a buy a Roku or fire stick, defeats the purpose in my opinion. Reading online, seems to be an issue with YoutubeTv and Samsung. The pre-installed apps on the TV worked fine.
