Great tv if all you watch a bright TV shows/movies. Once you start watching shows or playing games that are dark, the resolution is horrible.

Both Samsungs I purchased will not stay connected to my WiFi. I have to constantly reconnect when I turn the TV back on. This happens with both Samsungs. Back to LG.

If you want HD quality…..I wouldn’t buy it……
If you ever compare this TV to a Sony Screen or plug it to a PS4 you will notice the quality

Don’t buy an edge lit tv. This tv is poorly constructed and designed. It was also difficult to mount it. I was surprised because my other Samsung TVs have all been great. This one, not so much. The picture quality is inconsistent and often ghosts and clouds, requiring a screen “press” in certain areas to realign the screen with the edge lighting. I learned this method online after Samsung didn’t help. Moral of the story is do not buy this or any other edge lit tv.

Couldn't say much about this tv, did not want to connect to the wifi, called Samsung customer service and troubleshooting did not work(I had already tried all the troubleshooting befor calling) so returned it to the store. Just fora little extra tip, best buy employees were super on edge that day. Idk if they are over worked or what but im waiting till after the pandemic to go back and redeem my Christmas gift card.

It was easy to set up looks great. About every tenth time you turn it on, the sound stops working after about 30 seconds. I have to turn the tv off then on and the sound works. I called Best Buy store I was told they don’t take returns called another bestbuy store was told to take it to a different bestbuy store right now I wish I never bought it.

We’ve been trying to figure out why our internet is so slow and turns out this TV is not compatible with our standard 5G internet, only our 2G, so now that we’ve realized that it’s too late to return and I am trying to find someone to sell it to so we can buy one that does. For the cost, this thing was a waste of money.

I purchased this TV from Best Buy in September of 2017. This thing has barely been used since that time. Experienced lines in the picture and now 1/2 of the TV screen is not showing a picture. Poor, poor quality & you can do nothing about it. Too much money for this type of life span.....never again Samsung.
