    Not a durable TV, after three months the power switch fell off. Unable to turn the TV on without the remote.

    Tv does not have web browser! I considered returning it, but my husband wants to keep it for his cave room.

    The tv only lasted me 2 years and then wouldn’t turn on. Best Buy basically said since I didn’t buy their extended warranty plan there was nothing they can do. I understand that, but I don’t think it’s fair that the tv only lasted a very short amount of time.

    in less than 6 months a line developed in the bottom center on the screen. which slowly moved up the tv.

    Not very happy. It didn't even work a month and have had to call for service. Had to wait a week for the Geek squad to come. They are do here on Monday.

    The Samsung I bought 4 years ago was better. Took this back and got a Vizio M series instead. No regrets

    This TV played well for about 3 hrs and then made a screeching sound and the picture went blank. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it had a good picture for about 5 mins before the screen went black again with flickering lines. I returned it to Best Buy and exchanged it for a Toshiba. Best Buy was very accommodating and exchanged it on the spot.

    Bought this TV for my daughter for Christmas, we installed it. Took 3 days to get the right bolts to hang it on the wall. Read the directions for TV. TV has huge screen lag. Giant bars across the screen. Wish I had read the reviews. What a waste of time and money. Don't bother with this trash. First bad samsung product so far. Just really disappointed.

    I purchased this 50" 4k TV for a Christmas present. It had a large section down the center of the screen that would go out every couple of minutes. I exchanged it for another of the same model & the 2nd one started doing the same thing within a week. I will sy that all of my TVs are Samsung & this is the first model I have had an issue with.

    We had to return thisTV. After getting it connected, we turned it on and only saw a blue screen. My husband rechecked the connections and batteries in the remote. My husband works in electronics installing and repairs. We took it back to Best Buy, everyone was very nice and helped us exchange it for a different TV.

    this was a brand new tv i bought from best buy. the menu is too confusing to use and they have ads running promoting god knows what. the picture went dimmed all of a sudden on half of the tv. the mount holes in the back of the tv are deep. i returned it for a vizio

    Have purchased 3 Samsung TVs in the past 4 years, All 3 have failed in one way or another. This last one purchased died 13 months after purchasing. Nice when they worked....Replaced with Vizios and have had zero problems. Will not be purchasing Samsung again.

    Bought this tv for my daughter but for some reason I was curious and plugged it, once it was delivered and the screen was back/grey. I couldn’t see anything but I can hear the instructions to set it up. Took it back same day it got delivered. Last year I purchased the same one and blacked out in 3months after buying it.
