Bought this TV because it was on sale and a Samsung. In our other room that is much older Samsung has a better picture. Also, while TV is playing it gets a glitch in the picture going vertically at different times. It's also a very dark not clear picture. Will purchase a replacement and hope to return.

This tv is defective when you plug in a HDMI cable it freezes up the tv and it restarts went though;Samsung they refuse to help and will not support there products.

The tv is amazing the problem I had with it is that it came dysfunctional due to the fact the Best Buy delivery person threw the package with no care causing the lcd to be filled with ugly ink spills and colored lines everywhere, thankfully I got a replacement with no extra charge

Worst customer service. Brand new tv out of the box with cracked screen. I called Best buy but they won't exchange, geek squad wont fix it. Now I'm stuck with a broken brand new TV that I have not even plugged in.

All apps that stream videos are not streaming correctly. I tried airplay too. I can get to the video selection, but playing any video from any app doesn't work. It was working until a month ago. I was able to get it working again by restoring to factory settings, and then it broke again.

I purchased this TV on 2/1/2020 and am already having issues with it. It will not turn on! I have had to unplug it from the power source several times now in order to have it turn on and thats after several attempts!

TV didn't even last two years before the screen went completely black smh. I have a Westinghouse tv for 8 years now and is still working perfectly being that this is a Samsung tv and I expected it to last longer than just a year and 9 months is really disappointing.

I bought this TV in October of 2018, and it already has dark shadows on each side of the TV AND IT IS UNWATCHABLE. I thought Samsung was a quality product, but not anymore. I had another Samsung smart TV before this one and that only lasted 4 years. Junk

For some reason this item only lasted four months! I cannot make any sense of it. No physical damage and plugged into a surge protector. In the past I had good luck with Samsung TVs however after this experience, I’m not sure if I have any confidence left in this brand.

Tv audio is very bad, the tv constantly disconnecting from the WiFi and is the only device that has to constantly be reset. It’s a common issue with this specific tv works great on Ethernet but if you’re going to use WiFi for this tv DO NOT BUY.

TV worked fine for 2 months, then I turned it on and it had vertical lines and keeps turning off.
Best Buy only gives you a short time to return it and of course I am out of that time frame. I guess I am out of luck.

Died after 5 months. One day, it had ghosting on the right side and the center was dim. I unplugged it, plugged it back in, and it no longer starts. You can see the backlight flash every once in a while.
