Only issue and I dont even know what to call it but if something is moving fast like a horse running or something of that nature the picture get blurry kinda like its buffering in that area im not pleased with it.

Very bad Quality and the voice the way you were looking It just stops you have to shut the TV off and put it on for the voice to come on I called them to service nobody ever respond to me it’s a very bad experience with this TV

This particular TV came delivered to me with a cracked screen. We had to send it back on the Monday after we received it. Best Buy credited my account within 10 business days, and I purchased the newer 8K model which I LOVE!

So at first I liked the tv but it just became slower and super glitchy. Always have to restart it to get it working but then goes back to being glitchy. I passed the time frame to return it now stuck with it.

Samsung 50” TV. I would not recommend this TV to buy. There’s a line in the tv when watching tv. Only have 8 months with the tv and having problems. I call the 1-800 number nobody answer. Poor customer service.

I bought this TV 4/2020 and it now has a vertical green line in the middle of the screen. Samsung care said I’d have to call an authorized repair shop to fix at my cost.

After researching possible "cost effective" 50-inch 4K LED HDTVs as a replacement for my 10+ year 46-inch 1080p Sony HDTV that recently exhibited some display issues, I narrowed the search down to three models, 1) the Samsung 6-series (6900) , 2) the Samsung 7-series (7100) and 3) the Vizio E-series E50-F2, all of which have very similar specifications. I chose the Samsung 6-series (6900) since it was on sale at Best Buy for $330, which was $70-$100 less than the other models at either Best Buy or Costco.
Pluses: Picture and sound quality is very good to excellent. Black uniformity is excellent. Smart TV connectivity (i.e. Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) is fast and easy to use.
Negatives: Only two HDMI inputs and WiFi only supports 2.4 GHz (no 5 GHz support), which might be an issue if you are using it for your primary TV with other devices attached.
Installation and setup was easy and I am very happy with the picture quality. Given it's location in the master bedroom, I have not noticed any picture degradation in "off-axis" viewing as reported in the reviews. Additionally, as it is being used as a TV for the bedroom, the two HDMI input limitation is not an issue as I am only connecting DirecTV and my Blu-ray DVD player.
As a positive, the sound quality is much better than expected with the in-built speakers, with a noticeable improvement in "bass" quality over the Sony and better than the other 2017 E-series Vizio that I own and have in our Den. This Samsung model allows a number of enhanced audio modes, which I have made use of. There is an optical audio out connection, but I probably will not get a sound bar, as I find the sound quality sufficient for the bedroom.
Overall I would highly recommend this TV if you are looking for a 50-inch 4K HDTV at a reasonable price point.

The TV screen is not coming up. I see only a flick when I turn it on, then it will turn on after several minutes, sometimes a half hour!
This problem started about 6 months after the purchase (brand new) day.

Bought this and half of screen went black after just under one year. Samsung replaced it and the same thing happened a year later but unfortunately it is just a one year warranty.

Black shadow line appears a lot and it happens every 5 minutes, so I’m returning it and idk if buy any other Samsung products. If you buying it keep receipt and box in case it fail

TV did not work and could not turn on screen. I could hear sound but could not get past BLACK SCREEN of DEATH. Per internet search, very common issue for SAMSUNG.
