    I bought this tv on Black Friday and then I moved to from Houston Tx to Odessa TX I never get chance to check the tv after used for two days it never turned on back

    The H.D. Pictures on the screen are extremely light It’s impossible to reach my own you tube

    This tv when I got it after I try to set it up there was no picture at all you can hear the voice but no picture I had to return it back

    Had this TV for 4 years and it work fine good picture ,suddenly POP and stopped working

    It did not make me happy that I had to pay for another tv. Due to the fact that the first tv went bad and no one could help me.

    I purchased 4 of these TVs. The first 3 worked without a problem. No luck with the 4th one. Will be returning back to BestBuy.

    this TV does not turn on right away after pushed the button it takes like 5 minutes to turn on after pushing the button.

    Bought this in January 2021 and as of today April the screen went totally black. Has sound but no picture

    Right out of the box, sound issues. The sound goes out and won’t come back on until the tv is unplugged and plugged back in.
