You cannot install any app you want....With Samsung, your limited to Samsungs apps...We're having trouble loading just basic apps like MTV, E! Entertainment, etc...One would figure that any smart TV would be able to install any 'TV Channel" app...This is not the case...We had to go back to using the Roku for these services...But this was one of our reasons for getting a smart TV,...We wanted to eliminate the cords in the back of our TV...We got rid of some, but not all....Youtube TV works great....Although it's a 4K TV, remember that no broadcaasts are broadcasting in $K....
