    Bought this TV on Black Friday. Love the size and how the screen goes right to the edges. When we first got it it had a sort of “soap Oprah) affect where it almost looked too real. We really didn’t like it. I think we’ve changed it at this point. My only knock right now is the sound seems pretty week compared to our old tv. I’ll try to update this after I’ve had for a while! Overall can’t complain for the price. Great deal!

    Easy to Set up. Sound Issues.

    I had to return this bc the sound would randomly not work. We got a replacement, and the sound has randomly gone out twice now. I know I'm qualified to work the remote (I'm a 3rd grade dropout, but I got my GED!), and it's not a mis-mash of a remote button. Today, I got the sound working by shutting it off, waiting about 10 seconds, and turning it back on. I'm going to live with this issue bc otherwise, it's a great TV. Five sound-outs over 6 weeks isn't going to kill me!

    Have issue connecting to wifi. Cannot connect with regular password and it has to be through WPS. And everytime the tv was turned off the wifi disconnects. Overall it’s a great tv. Best when using wired connection.

    We have had the TV for almost 11 months now. We have tried several solutions from Samsung’s website to fix the intermittent loss of signal. The issue of has been happening since the beginning. The problem seems to be common based on an internet search and the FAQ support. We will not purchase another Samsung TV. The picture is very good. The signal cutting out intermittently is frustrating.

    Good T.V. could use one more HDMI Port, for a total of 3, and 5GHZ Wi-Fi, only has 2 GHZ, also would like to have the Gamefly app on the app store, have the Steam app which is great, just need the Gamefly app

    This tv broke exactly one year to the day from purchase, then the screen turned black and wouldn’t turn on. I promptly reported the issue to Samsung for repairs under warranty, however it took two days to get a response at which point they claimed that even though my claim had been filed within the warranty period they consider those 48 hours it took to decide into the decision as to whether the warranty is still active. Their response was that my claim was outside of the warranty period even though I had a receipt demonstrating that the tv was purchased exactly a year prior. As an exception they offered to cover the cost of parts, but told me I needed to cover the cost of labor. They then put me in contact with a local repair company with horrendous reviews that told me that for a minor repair it would cost $170 and for a major repair it would cost $270. Not sure why anyone would pay nearly as much as a replacement tv on a non negotiable fee from the repairman that won’t even guarantee that they can fix your tv.

    The tv was easy to set up, and for the price, is decent looking. You have to be sitting directly in front of it to get a decent picture though. If viewing from the side, the colors are off, and the picture is washed out. I’ve noticed also that even from directly in front of the tv, the dark colors are pixilated and have lines. Unless this is literally all you can afford, I’d spend a little more and get a tv with a better quality picture.

    I purchased this TV 2 weeks ago and noticed every once in awhile that a line flashes down the middle of the TV so I returned it today 12/21 to exchange for the same one figured it was just one of those tvs that was faulty nope same issue with the New one after reading some of the reviews tonight I noticed I wasnt the only person that had this issue but saw some upgraded to the 7 series which is $50 more

    I got this with a new TV stand and was excited for my new smart TV. However, although it may be smart, its a little slow. My previous LG TV was great but unfortunately had an incident with our rottie so I got a Samsung thinking it would be just as good but I was wrong, the quality is just average and not as crisp as my LG and the loading of the apps seem to take longer. Overall its OK but I dont think I would get another Samsung again.

    The picture and color were awful. It was difficult to get rid of the haze and get the color adjusted, and when the picture looked watchable and I'd change channels, it was awful again. I did try hard to make it work for me. I was told that low budget 4k TV have trouble upscaleling the picture, I don't know if that was the problem or not. I upgraded my Netflix account and watched some 4K things and I could barely notice the difference. I returned this and bought a 49" 1080, TCL TV and the picture is stunning, not to mention it's loaded with a lot more ports and it's a Roku TV so I can add whatever apps I want to add. EDIT: I'm posting this again since the first one was deleted.

    Will replace with Samsung but not this model

    It’s now 5/31/2022 TV is nonfunctional Uses in a garage. Some weekends. Very low usage. Only the 2nd Samsung to stop working that I have purchased out of 9 or so. Lightning? Picture loss. Turns on and off. Sound for a second. Then off again. Saw a double image before it went black.
