after waiting 3 days for a phone call... THE SO CALLED CUST SERVICE AND TECH SUPPORT finally called.....
Asked me to unplug my tv and plug it back.... and said they couldnt help.....
I had 7 samsung tvs and multiple samsung devices....
Somehow this clicking noise started and wont stop....
Leasson learned i wont purchase any samsung device.... i cant believe how these people wasted my time!!!

This thing is a pile of junk. Has less that 100 hours of run time and turns off and on constantly on its own. Best Buy won’t do anything due to one month past warranty and Samsung tech support told me to unplug it and plug it back in.....that’s it, then referred me to a local repair shop. Best Buy and Samsung will never get another penny from me. Poorest customer service ever.

We were very excited with the purchase of a 4k tv but it did not satisfy us. Often a black strip with colors appears in the middle of the tv; it only last for a second so it is impossible to take a picture of it but it still is annoying. We wanted to returned it but the returning period was over for a few days. We contacted Samsung but they were not helpful either. We just got used to it now.

I'm completely disappointment with every aspect of this purchase. From the delivery arriving two weeks late to the actual product not even working once it arrived.
I hope to speak to a representative tomorrow because absolutely nothing from this order has gone well. After finally turning the TV after all the wait, I find a black screen with sound. I'm extremely disappointment with this.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase based on reviews. But I purchased and got protection plan.
Ordered online. Just opened it up out the box has sound but no picture!
Called Samsung...they can send out technician in 2 days. Why would I want a brand new TV repaired??? So now I gotta transport to store to get refund. Very disappointed by Samsung!

I just bought this TV only a few days ago, and I'm already experiencing these weird lines that appear at random. I'm super disappointed because this is the first TV I've ever purchased as an adult but it seems to be a glitch with the product. Crazy since it's literally brand new smh.

Every single time I turn this TV on, it has to be unplugged and plugged back in for it to even pick up the wifi connection. It's super annoying. It also flashes about a four inch wide line from top to bottom that almost looks like a barcode from time to time.
