Excellent 4K smart TV for less money. Easy to set up

This solidifies that I’ll not purchase another Samsung TV. Absolutely refuses to stay connected to the internet making streaming a nightmare. Bought it for the bedroom JUST for streaming. Shakes head.

worst experience ever- because Best Buy is closed in my area i am disputing the charges with my credit card company. i bought 2 more, and they arrived in working condition. so thats good, but the broken ones are so terrible and the no return policy is simply unacceptable.

If you’re considering buying this TV, you may want to reconsider. I’ve had for less than two years and it went Kaput! The entire right side of the screen went black and rendered it useless.

I usually feel highly positive about Samsung and Best Buy. Although this product is the first of either that has failed. Yet it is catastrophic considering it has only been so little viewed on it. I would love an exchange. Although, I doubt that is even a remote possibility given the limited options on here. Even if you spend over 20k, it is likely you will get a lemon as I am learning.

Purchased this tv just before black friday. I have had to do a sound test every single day to get the sound to turn on.

Black vertical hazy permanent large line ine center of screen after owning for 2 years. Rebooted, checked hdmi, updated software, etc.. that was suggested. Nothing fixes it and apparently an issue with Samsung tvs.

Trash tv that is the second one I had the same problem with.

Not even 2 months old. Antenna portal broke completely off. Can't return or exchange. Out of $$$$$$$

Purchased in August of 2020, left side of the screen went black in November 2021. Awful.

TV was damaged causing a display issue. Seemed like it would’ve been a great tv if it worked properly.

I've been using this TV for 5 years and moved it 7 times short and long distance. Its amazing how this TV has been able to withstand so much moving and functioning perfectly. I personally like this better than another latest model I purchased recently.

Bought this TV to replace an 8 year old Visio. It has a sharp picture and great color when viewing straight on but if you get too far off line the color gets a bit faded. To be fair I don't think my cable box is giving me 4k resolution so that may change when I get around to upgrading the box. I'm very happy with the TV and it seems like it will be easy to use the additional features like U-tube and streaming but I have not explored them very much. I bought it on sale for $329 so at that price it is a great way to get into 4K and a smart TV. I had no trouble setting it up and was viewing TV very quickly after I first turned the set on. Unless you have other Samsung devices don't bother to set up the phone app it's really to control multiple devices.

After evaluating other alternatives is the best choice, well-defined images (HD), excellent color combinations that enhance depth. Easy internet access (smart) that allows you to connect with other streaming providers. It is easy to use and has good sound. It is perfect for watching competitive and extreme sports (HDR).

Pros: The picture and refresh rate is great for the price range of this tv. Very easy to set up. The smart functions work great and Samsung has a nice selection of apps. Cons: Had to return my first one as it developed a vertical line in the picture after about two weeks of light use. Second one is working great so far. Only two HDMI ports limits what you can connect, but not bad if you don’t plan to hook up much. Audio output is limited to just optical out, which is my biggest complaint. Also, remote is way too small and hard to use as the directional buttons are surrounded by other buttons that make it easy to interrupt what you’re watching. Ended up buying a cheap universal remote to solve this.

Bought this 2020 and still enjoying it, very strong

It's a 4k TV and a pretty good sized one for under $300. For someone on a budget what more could you ask for? I've had this for a little over a year now with absolutely no issues at all! Image quality is pretty good for a 4k tv, and the colors are pretty nice, the blacks could use some adjustment but this isn't an OLED so I wasn't expecting them to be perfect. The remote control does have a noticable delay of about .2 seconds and while it doesn't seem like much it can get quite frustrating when trying to type quick or switch between apps. The speakers are surprisingly good compared to what I had been expecting and can get quite loud! Of course for a great price this is still completely deserving of 5 stars!
