Very easy to use the tv, plug it in, and start using. Very sharp picture, couldn't be more happy.the sound is good, but I recommend adding the Samsung soundbar with the tv, provides world class sound along with the great picture quality. Feels immersive, as if in movie theater. Would highly recommend the tv, especially for the price.

Great picture quality and good smart features. Sound not but great but good for most uses. Remote has is good but to many extra buttons.

Had a strange coating on the screen. I tried 3 different brands of screen cleaner and it just spreads around. It's almost like oil. Also if you are a videographer or drone pilot you will not be able to play your video's at 60fps from the USB. Over all, this is a great TV at this price point. Honestly you can't go wrong. The picture is not that far off from models that cost way more. The average person will love it. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of this oily substance I can not get off the screen. Other than that It's a great TV.

We have been gradually replacing old HD TVs with UHD units. We got a Q6 series for the sitting/exercise room, but with three college kids did not want to splurge for the family room. For $329 this is a huge upgrade from the old Samsung 40” we had before. Great picture, and the smart features work well for Netflix, Amazon, etc. Just can’t go wrong with Samsung at this price.

I love this TV, the picture is clear, as well as the sound. The features excellent, options for free TV are a nice bonus, and no antenna required, but if you do add one it just makes it that much better. I can't say that I've had an issue 1, it's coming up on 2 years, and it's just as good now as it was when purchased.

This television is amazing. The quality is amazing and it’s a smart tv. I have a Apple TV connected to it and I can tell my Apple speaker to turn it on with the surround sound. Samsung and Apple work great together. I am still trying to figure out how to connect Google. But I love it. We bought this on Black Friday and was an amazing buy. You won’t be disappointed at all.

Excellent picture. I went in expecting to pay $1,000 - $1,500 for a TV, but this one caught my eye and....well...plans changed. There's no comparison. I've had it ab't a month and no shadows or ghosting. I find myself even staring at the screen saver pictures. I can't take my eyes off it.

I have several TVs in my house and these include SONY, LG and SAMSUNG. My latest purchase was for the exercise room and with the great experience with SAMSUNG, I chose to buy another one. I did lots of research to ensure I was not overspending and getting the best bang for the buck! This TV delivers it! It was very easy to set up and connected to the network in a jiffy. The picture quality is fantastic and am enjoying it very much

Great tv for bed room and living room comes with a wider screen with better quality compare to other TV with this price range given of a size(50" or more) and this done the job perfectly, you get a pretty big size tv for your room and really good image quality, it has everything a top series TV would have. Got it for a great deal during end of the year which is already unbeatable.!

Bought this for a secondary TV and overall am finding it just okay. The good would be picture quality is nice when viewed pretty much straight one but quickly degrades as you view it from an angle. Should be okay for must people but it's something to be aware of. Was expecting to use as a smart TV as am in the process of cutting the cable. Super disappointed in this. TV continually locks up when you turn it on and does not properly connect to the internet. TV fails to properly connect to the internet about 90%-95% of the time when turned on. Gets confused on whether it is wired or wireless (has never been on a wired connection) and won't connect. Only way to resolve is to unplug the TV and then plug it back it. Welcome to a 1995 Windows computer experience. I bought a Roku steaming device to connect and it works fine with that. So easy work around but complete fail on Samsung to market this as a smart TV. Last comment is that the remote is just okay. Lots of small buttons closely crammed together. Not easy to use in low light environments and sometimes on streaming programs unclear what buttons map to various functions. Again, solved most of this with the Roku streaming device but depending on your intended use it's something to be aware of. Bottom line...it's a nice big cheap TV. If you are planning on connecting it to your local cable or satellite provider you won't use the smart features or their remote so you will probably be happy. If you are planning to use a smart tv for streaming expect to need to buy something to supplement.

Bought this TV because my other one was fried during a lightning storm. Wasn't prepared to buy a TV so I needed something cheap but reliable because my old Panasonic TV lasted me 10 years and I wanted something as reliable. This Samsung TV, although not one of their top of the line models, is GREAT for the price and the quality is awesome. I definitely will buy another Samsung TV and Best Buy is great. Their employees were very helpful in me making my decision.

Picture is clear, and smart TV functions operatewell. Sometimes the remote is slow when operating the TV but over a great buy for the price.

All my TV;s are Samsung. Love them. Picture is great, value is great and they're easy to use.

I purchased this TV to put in my Master Bedroom. I added the R60c sound bar package to complete the home theater feel. This TV was extremely easy to set up and integrate with my wireless cable service, DVD player, and the surround sound system. It came preprogrammed with Netflix, Hulu, TV Plus, and a host of other programming. The picture is AMAZING!! This model is much nicer than I expected for the price.

This Samsung tv is loaded with apps!! I have Xfinity cable service so all I had to do is download the Xfinity app and sign in. That eliminated the need for a cable box. Download and sign into whatever app you use and your good to go. Excellent picture!! Ok sound. Overall, an excellent choice. I have 4 Samsung TVs. Once you sign into whatever apps you use. Your good to go!!

This is a great tv I has all your smart features I mainly use it for gaming and it has many controls to optimize your experience for gaming the quality is great I use a PS4 Pro I don’t know what it would be like for Xbox I expect the the same it’s a bit complicated at first with all the controls but it’s easy to get used to
