I was hoping it wouldn’t look like a tv but like an actual picture when on standby. Still feels like a tv that is on. Sounds and visual quality are great for a tv though.

Love it! Used mostly as an art display in dinning room. Screen is crystal clear when watching tv also. Great tv, wpuld highly recommend.

This TV has always been my go to from a design and functionality standpoint. There’s nothing worse than staring into a black void on your wall when you walk into a room. Being able to hide all the equipment is also a benefit. This is my second one and I’m thinking of replacing my third TV with the Frame.

Picture is great. The art looks amazing on it. Remote is intuitive. The base where everything plugs in is so much smarter than dealing with plugging things in the back of the tv and running wires behind the wall. I was worried that sound wouldn't be good, but it is solid. All of that and the TV looks great on the wall.

As with all Samsung products, a would-be decent product is destroyed by Samsung software. There are very few things a TV should be able to do, and it manages to do them all poorly. Instead of the remote having a button to change the input, there is a 5-button process which involves going through the Samsung smart TV UI, an infuriatingly slow process that obviously only exists to show you ads and to collect data so they can make money selling your information. If you planned to use something like an Apple TV and not use the Samsung Smart TV features, don't be surprised if they try and force you to use their Smart TV apps as much as possible for simple things like changing the input. They also recently changed the TV software so that turning off one input switches to another input, rather than turning off the TV. Now, turning off an external device doesn't turn off the TV, so you're required to use their smart remote to control the TV power, and not an Apple TV remote/game controller like almost every other TV by any other manufacturer. And if you expected to use this TV for art mode, the ONLY reason to buy this TV over any other brand, expect a number of bugs. The most common issue is when the device turns off at night (it senses the room is dark, so it turns off the display) but never wakes back up in the morning. Despite the fact I bought multiple TVs to use as art in multiple rooms of my house, they now stay as a black screen most of the time because I got tired of walking around to each room to manually turn them back to art mode every morning when they failed to automatically sense there was light in the room again. I bought multiple Frame TVs and I've experienced all of the issues listed in this review on all of the TVs, so this definitely isn't an issue with just a single device and doesn't seem like it will change.

This TV is slim. So slim that it had to come with an external console (rectangular box - quite large). Wire from tv to box more Wiring from box to router box and wiring from it to outlets or extension cord because one duplex won’t be enough. I had to return. Just not enough room in my city sized condo for more wire management.

Great tv. I have a window that reflects directly onto the TV screen if open, the window doesn’t bother this tv one bit. Finding out i playing video games on it, was an added bonus

Looks great on the wall, perfect for the bedroom or somewhere else you don't want the feel of an obnoxious TV! Easy to hang and assemble. -1 star because if you are capable of or already have cable/electric wired for a TV in your wall you still have to use the box included (basically the size of a larger cable box). If we had gotten a regular smart TV, everything would have been hidden and tucked away. Now I have to keep the box on my dresser - not cool. I've spent hours researching and there's no way to bypass this, even if you don't want to hook up a Soundsystem or anything else. Picture quality is not OLED quality, but great.

Love our Frame! The picture quality is great! We have the buried walnut frame and it looks so classy hanging on our wall. Super fun to change the artwork depending on our mood!

Awesome tv. Looks incredible above my fireplace. Do not listen to people saying for the price you can get a tv with the best picture quality. At the end of the day you’re watching sports and sitcoms, not planet earth on repeat

This is a great TV. Picture and sound quality is great, but it’s the versatility of being more than just a TV that makes this worth the cost. Having a TV screen look like a piece of art when not using it as a TV is awesome.

I’m excited about this wall art TV that but can’t seem to find the frame bezels that make the frame more rich looking. BB store said it comes with black but nothing included in the box. Are they discontinued?
