The only bad thing about it is the cable that connects to the box, it looks like it gets damaged very easily, we had to call the warranty dept., to come and replace it. Other than that, it's great.

Watch B the installer for tips. As far as the TV itself goes, the 4K HDR is fantastic. My only gripe is it doesn't have HDMI 2.1.

All of the faces look super red. Like they are sunburned or something. Then there is the remote! It has a mind of its own. Sometime a button works but more than likely it will ignore the button or go wild and sent dozens of the same commands. Adding your own art is not so easy either. You need to resize photos to 16:9 which will most likely distort then. Art from the Samsung art store is pricy. I’ll be returning it tomorrow.

Now we need to buy one for our office. Surprises people when they first notice it’s a RV and not just art. The only issue we had was how big of a hole that had to be cut in the wall for the box, wasn’t expecting that. Otherwise very happy with this purchase.

The remote has to be charged for an hour as soon as you get it bc it is solar powered. If you’re an iphone user you probably need to buy a Type C charger if you prefer to plug it in to charge. This adds to the frustration of wondering why the remote won’t turn the tv on. So you turn it on using the panel instead. The remote directions are useless but you have the internet so eventually you figure out that you’re supposed to hit the back and the play button simultaneously to pair the remote but this does nothing to control the tv. Some lost hours later it dawns on you that this remote has magically paired itself to an old Samsung in the bedroom but you cannot reset the remote bc the TV says the function is unsupported. You update the firmware just for kicks but the remote is still married to this old tv. You unplug things many times and try them all again but to no avail. Customer Service at Samsung eventually tells you they will send a new remote. Best Buy can’t help. So you wait 20 days with the lovely tv sitting above your fireplace for the meeting remote to arrive. Finally it arrives. You unplug the old Samsung tv so it won’t lure your remote away from its duty. But it still won’t work. It won’t control the tv. You go through it all again with customer service and they say they’ll send a technician out to repair your brand new tv. A month has now passed since you purchased it and they call to tell you they have no repair people but your tv is still under warranty-congratulations. Maybe you should just go get a new one bc obviously we have earned your trust and respected your time.

Thank you for your review of The Frame TV. To further assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download The Frame TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select The Frame TV under Lifestyle TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
If your remote is turning on other TVs in your house, please know the on/off function of your remote is done via IR (infrared) therefore it cannot be paired to a specific TV. You will need to be in close range of your target TV so the light does not reach other TVs in your home.
If a menu setting is grayed out, this does not indicate that something is wrong with your TV. It just means that a function or certain settings are not available based on the current source, settings, or connections. For example, some options may be grayed out if you are currently watching content from an app or external device. Long press the 'Return' key on your remote to exit the program you are in and go back to the menu - all settings should now be available.

Love the ability to showcase art

Love that it allows me to showcase my own photographic art most of the time. Now that I no longer have to have a big black rectangle taking up space in the room, I don't mind having a TV in the living room.
