Open Box Excellent Is what you say!! But the truth, shipping box had a "Best Buy" label saying "container damaged", pick up only, do not ship! They shipped! They shipped a broken TV. It a broken container. It's been over 2 weeks no refund no word YOU SHIPPED ME A BROKEN TV!!?

Received a shattered tv. And I just wanted to exchange but they wouldn’t allow me to do it in the store. They arranged to pick it up and refund my money. I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY!!!!!

Bought a 50" SAMSUNG TV. It was a nice TV but I had to edit my phone number since I had a new #. SAMSUNG told me it takes 2 weeks to update and verify my new number, so in the meantime I couldn't log in to my SAMSUNG account and that would've denied my accessing all the Samsung features for the 2 weeks. I wasn't happy so I went back and spoke to avery helpful Sony Home Theater Advisor at the E Broadway Blvd Best Buy in Tucson AZ and told him about the Samsung issue I was facing. He said sure, bring it in and if you want, in his opinion, ( This doesn't apply to all SAMSUNG TV'S ) he would show me an LG TV for a little lower price, about $225.00, that he said is a better TV than the similarly priced Samsung. I took his advice a traded the Samsung for the LG. He was absolutely correct about the LG, 50", UHD AI 4K being a better TV kn many ways Better picture, many more features and I mean many More. Besides TV plus channrls it has LG Channels. You can run optic audio with the TV audio synchonized automatically together. Game section and so much more. You can even pick a 1-10 number or even higher like presets for Apps. For instance, I watch a lot of YouTube videos. I can go from the Apps icon to HDMI 1 to Youtube or When the Home app opens I press 1 and YouTube opens. With the 1st option, you use the roku remote, with the 2nd option, you use the LG remote that came with the TV. Anyway, Dave Lesneski gave me the info on the LG and I'm happy he did. I had always thought that besides SONY TV'S that SAMSUNG were the best in that price range. I'll always buy LG'S from now on! Thanks Dave!

Great tv with very easy set up. Clear and crisp and an extremely lightweight tv making it easy to setup and move. Only setback (and reason for 4 versus 5) is that the volume control on the remote does not work - at all. It will mute but not go up or down in volume.

Beautiful picture and the perfect size for my room. It did take a little to adjust to the additional features and I’m still learning the new remote. The only thing I would mention is all the steps it takes on the remote to get to something that could be done with a couple more buttons.

I just bought this 50” Samsung TV and I absolutely love it! The picture quality is crisp and vibrant, with deep colors and great contrast. Movies look amazing and even regular TV channels look sharper than before. The sound is surprisingly good for a flat-screen — I don’t feel like I need a soundbar right away. The smart features work smoothly and the interface is fast and easy to use. Apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video open quickly, and the remote is very simple and intuitive. Setup was super easy — I had it unboxed, mounted, and connected in just a few minutes. The TV is also lightweight. For the price, I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality TV without breaking the bank, this Samsung is a great choice. Highly recommend!

Great purchase! Got a great deal and works perfectly. Picture is amazing and the features on it are great! Only thing is I wish there were more HDMI ports.

Good picture for myself and kids. Super light and easy to set up on a TV mount. Easy interface set up and works with different app remotes as I have Samsung and my daughter has iPhone. Speakers surprisingly good. Haven't had any problems so far.

The tv is light, and thin which is nice about modern day TVs. The picture quality is very good. The speakers in the tv sound very good to. I am very impressed with Samsung TVs with the amount of technology they implement in their TVs.

This is a good TV with clear picture, multiple visual settings (be sure to take it off Eco mode for a better viewing experience, which is the default setting!), and integrates with the Smart Things app from Samsung. Unfortunately, the voice recognition is terrible on the Samsung Smart Things app, but it is pretty easy to navigate the TV and streaming menus on your phone, which is a big plus. The price is excellent and for the 50" TV, the stand was just low-profile enough that we could have it fit safely on our mantle, meaning we didn't have to mount it. There are a few things that I would have preferred this TV have, such as an AV hookup (I can get an AV to HDMI adaptor, though), integrated voice control (that actually works) in the remote itself, and an easier setup, as setup did take some time. However, for the price and the fact that it fits our space perfectly, I can't be too upset. It's a good quality TV with a good integrated app and setting up all the streaming services on it was easy. I do wish that it didn't default to Nickelodeon every time we turn it on (perhaps there is a way I can change that that I haven't figured out yet) and that searching movies defaulted to the app that has the movie you are looking for, rather than pushing you to watch it on Plex with an additional subscription, but overall it is a good TV with just a few functionalities and hiccups that keep it from getting a 5 star review.

Very beautiful picture and simple set up I can’t believe how light this television was. Definitely recommend it.

Screen is excellent. Very clear. Sound is good. Picks up Blue Tooth properly. Easy to navigate. Feet do not want to stay on so be careful when setting up. My only issue is that there are only two plugs for attachments and I can no longer plug in my DVD player or my husband's headset. Will need to buy a new one with bluetooth.

The best tv I have ever owned. It has so many features that my previous tvs never had. If you're a gamer this tv is definitely the one for you. I love the interface with all of its easy to use options. The price was like a give away, considering I paid way more for the same size tv that cannot match up to tis Samsung 50". I am well pleased with my purchase. I would truly recommend this to someone.

Perfect upgrade and simple to use for a senior. She loves her new TV. Previously had a 32inch- this one is great for her.
