Make sure you do the software update immediately before operating the tv. Once done the sophistication makes the TV easy to use and details are magnificent.

This is a phenomenal television 4K content (Netflix) looks AMAZING. the TV even makes 1080p look good. the wife was on the fence about the purchase but once it was in place she was amazed.

Got this tv on Black Friday for $1299 and think it was a good deal for this TV. Picture and Color are great and I seem to like the tv the longer I have it. Can notice some slight picture blur at times but I think that is because I have a Samsung plasma for my other Tv that I love. Overall great TV

New technology, Recently I purchased a new 4K curved television. My hopes and excitement all relied on 4K tech. The picture and very fast. 4K movies are not as abundant as I would've , I am sured that more will come as time passes

First tv worked for a month, then had picture quality problems with horizontal lines appearing incessantly. Called (many times) Samsung Customer Support (which stinks) and finally gave up after weeks (literally) of trying to get them to use remote management (and then they finally realized that the tv was bunk). Fortunately, the Best Buy store allowed me to exchange the tv. Second TV had a cracked screen. Exchanged, and now third TV is working, but the remote is defective. Now waiting for a remote via the mail. Picture quality is great-- when it works.

This TV has an outstanding picture. The pointer function on the remote is easy to use. I love that this TV has the RVU function so it is ready to be paired with Directv 4k service. This is a great product.

For the price over the Thanksgiving/Black Friday period this TV was one of the best deals around. Very easy set up even for the most novice of individuals. The Sports Mode option is top notch for watching live sports. The picture is so amazing my dog barks and stares at the screen every time he sees other dogs or animals on the screen because he thinks they are real and in the room with us. The price it is worth the investment, for others looking for a deal if you can wait a few more weeks see if this model goes on sale for the Super Bowl week. You will not regret this purchase.

This curve TV is really great. All the features are working just fine, although the remote controller needs a little more improvements. Its not as responsive as it should and often times gets stuck up in a corner or the cursor dissppears.

Wow what a picture this tv has blew me away with the picture you will not be disappointed

Picture is awesome works great for my gaming TV. The 3d is a little off but I also sit 5 feet from the screen so that might be the problem.

I received my TV a month ago. Shortly after I received it I noticed that the sound system was deleting some words... there was no sound for a word once in a while. I contacted Geek Squad and have scheduled a new TV to be delivered. Best Buy was great about the return. I was glad that I purchased an Extended Warrantee. The first question they ask is if you have an Extended Warrantee. It made returning the TV easy. Not sure if it would have been this easy if I did not have it. The picture and quality of the TV is good... just this silly sound problem.

I love this television! The picture is beautiful and the curved screen makes viewing at any angle a breeze.The 3D feature is awesome and we have enjoyed watching many 3D movies. The remote control is truly interactive and easy to use. Connecting to my home network and setting up the tv were also quite easy.

I bought this TV to be used for watching video and as a computer monitor. It's really impressive with its 4K resolution and gives a very sharp and responsive image for my new Surface Pro 4. The few 3D 4K SBS videos that I could find looked great too. This is better than 4 separate HD monitors - it's seamless.

The colors and definition are unbelievable. Have used it now to form out own little home theater (especially when used with my Yamaha reciever, Bose and Infinity speakers.

There was a problem with the first TV; Best Buy exchanged it without a hassle. The TV fits perfectly in the family room and the picture is stunning. We are extremely happy with this purchase. It is well worth the money.

The picture is outstanding and has great features. The remote works very well but it would be an additional plus if it had a backlight. I would definitely buy it again.
