Great upgrade from our old TV. Our old one wasn't a smart TV, so it's really nice to have those Features. The picture is clear and the sound is pretty great by itself. We've had it a month and no issues so far.

I have found this to be a terrific TV for the price. The picture is excellent, it came with several apps loaded. and it was easy to set up. I would highly recommend this model if you are looking for a 55" Smart TV in this price range.

Good I have owned this TV a few months. I am generally pleased with all aspects, depth of color, sound projection. Setting up the TV was fairly easy. The built-in Chromecast is a great feature. However, I am disappointed with the type of browser used. If you think your product is excellent, then it should not be necessary to shut out other features.

We were in need of a new TV. We previously had a Samsung but we decided to look at all TVs. We ended up with a Samsung anyway and are quite pleased The picture is great and it is easy to use. Best Buy made it easy to order and the delivery was great.

Geek Squad handled my problem with blacked out tv, and delivered new one. No sour grapes, but, it would have been nice if delivering guys would have taken new one out of carton. when I asked about that they said they only deliver. Really. 5 stars would have been given, if not for that.

I saw this tv at a friend’s house, and after seeing how live the picture was, I knew I had to have it. I am a very efficient shopper; I research like crazy, and all my searches always turned me back to Best Buy. We love it!! The sound is great but after doing MORE research, we bought the Samsung 550 sound bar. Wow, is all I can say. We don’t have cable or dish, we only stream. Obviously, there are tv’s and sound bars that have even more bells and whistles. If you’re looking for a quality tv, you can’t go wrong with this one. We got on sale and know we got a great deal, especially for the quality. We don’t game, so I can’t attest to how it would be for you gamers. All I know is that we love it!!!

I love this tv. The picture is clear and the color is beautiful. Its easy to use. Its a great size for a small room. I enjoy watching shows on this tv. I love to watch golf and the picture is amazing on this.

Loving my Samsung SMART TV. Also using it as a monitor for my desktop computer. It is lightweight. I had a Plasma, that was much heavier and gave off more heat. The picture quality is life-like

I got this TV right before the lockdown and it’s great. The picture is awesome and I like all the apps. I’m not a tech person so I can’t speak on that kind of thing but for the average person this is perfect.

Great clarity, features, and price! There’s other sets that cost 100% more but can’t justify the up charge vs this set. Don’t go with any other brand than Samsung and don’t buy the 6 series. This is the one!!!

Upgraded from a Sony Bravia to this Samsung TV. Size is great, picture quality is pretty good too. A great smart tv that everyone would like. Easy to set up is a bonus.

Very happy with our new Samsung 55" Smart LED 4K TV. This is our 5th Samsung TV and have never had a problem with any of them. Great picture, easy to use and set up. Highly recommend this TV at a very reasonable price!

Love this tv. The picture is great. Plus we love all the other features that it has. It was very easy to set up and get running. Still need to hook all the items I want to run through it.

Had a 43" tv and upgraded to the Samsung 55". What a difference in screen size, picture quality and of course being a smart tv allows me to view other stations without have a roku stick or other device

If you're looking to buy a TV that'll give you excellent picture quality, all the bells and whistles of a smart TV, without burning a hole in your pocket, the RU7100 is the way to go for sure! I must admit that I was very tempted to go one up and get the Q70R when I saw the two side by side due to the difference in picture quality - but trust me, when you look at this without comparing to other expensive high end TVs, you will not notice anything less in terms of quality. I've watched a lot of 1080p and 4k videos and movies on this since I got it, and I absolutely love it! Highly recommend this!

The picture quality is great and the apps are exactly what we wanted but my two complaints would be the remote is low tech as compared to my 2016 model Samsung and the ARC did not properly connect to the Sonia Beam and I cannot use Alexa voice control due to this issue

I love this tv. It has a beautiful picture. I like the smart tv aspect to, I haven't had that before on my TVs. The price was great to. I didnt really need a 55" but for the price how could I not, lol.

We really love this brand on TVs. The picture is great and clear, the colors are bright, picture is nice. The fact that we can use our phone to manage it is nice too.
