Picture quality is great. Great value. Set up is a pain in the you know what. All the log in and passwords make this difficult to set up. Lots of useless features but overall a great TV.

I needed a new TV for my Bedroom and the pic is quality is great, I find it easy to navigate.. So far I am enjoying this TV

I had originally picked another TV however the technician informed me that this 7-series tv was a much better deal and to upgrade. I’m glad he did! The picture and sound is AMAZING. The built in apps make life simple and the tv usable, even when my Fios is spotty. It initially took some getting used to how big it was and how it completely filled my stand, which made me contemplate returning it a few times, but now it’s the next best thing to being in the theater.

We have netflix and amazon prime tv. This TV replaced a 10 year old TV, so the extra digital channels and apps are a nice addition. Picture quality is good, although to get the best picture you will need to adjust the picture to reduce brightness (i.e. get it off of retail picture mode). The small bezel was also a surprise. Our previous one was huge. Which means, I might give this to my mother in law and get a 65 inch, since it would fit on the wall now. ;-).

It was installed by the geek squad and done well. we had them put it on our patio. we love the picture and sound and color.

Vivid picture quality and an easy to use apps menu. The only complaint so far is syncing up the samsung sound bar. It gets close but sometimes still looks like a kung fu movie at times.

Really like it. looks great, and hasn't lost any quality over time. easy set up, and samsung has great app functionality.

I went in actually looking to buy just a sound bar, as my existing TV had a speaker that was getting a bit rattly. I picked out a Samsung Q60 sound bar, and saw this tv on promotion near by... I was drawn in by the upgrade to 4K resolution and an extra $100 off by gettin the tv bundled with the sound bar. I’ve had the tv up now about a month, and I can honestly say the picture is phenomenal! I will stick with Samsung TVs as long as they keep up this level of price to performance!

Excellent television for the money. The Q series 7 and 8 have a better picture when viewing side by side but this tv is definitely worth considering if you’re looking to save some money.

This is my first smart tv. I went with Samsung because a sales associate (and the boyfriend of my niece) advised Samsung quality is slightly top of the market and a preferred brand of several employees. The setup and functions are pretty basic and easy to follow with the remote. Good sound without a sound bar. I don’t like the new stand. Prefer the old center stand with pivot, so I deducted one point. All in all a good beginner smart tv for me. I had a competitors 42 inch before this, purchased at BestBuy 12 years ago, so the clarity, options, and App features of this new Samsung are greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Next time I will consider a wall mount, installed by Geek Squad.

this is a very easy television to set-up. The picture color quality is very good. all in all an excellect product.
